Jake

" oh no..you didnt disturb me..i just ya know a sobbing noise from in the loft kind of caught my attention.." he smiling as he looked to her " oh come on... you wouldnt be crying for no reason now would you? it good to let stuff out.. whats really wrong?" he said as he smiled and ran his finger through his hair.

Castella

I don't know if it would feel good to let go of this. I hurt someone. And I just want to forget it all. Castella said. She looked down as she stuffed her hands in her pockets. She heard her horse's high pitched squeal. She looked back to Jake. I better go check on my horse.

Jake

Jake looked at her concerned " well ok i respect if you dont want to share it... Oh and by the way my names Jake" he said with a smile as he held out his muscular arm for her to shake his hand.

Castella

Castella smiled and started onwards the ladder. She stopped when he spoke up. Nice to meet you, Jake. I'm Castella. And thank you for understanding. she said. She started climbing down the ladder slowly at first. Then, she heard a voice. It was a familiar voice. Castella? asked the voice. Castella's stomack sank. She lept off of the last few rungs and quickly turned around. She turned white when she saw the face of the one speaking. Andy! She whispered. She slowly started walking towards him, and he did the same. She slowly sped up to a run and met him. She hugged him tightly and he squeezed her waist. Castella! He said, relieved.

Jake

Jake looked confused when he saw this so called "Andy" he didnt know what to think. He frowned and walked off towards the other end of the barn.

Castella

Castella squeezed him tighter. The crying started again, but this time, they were happy tears. Andy... I'm so sorry. I should've let you know I was leaving. I was just scared. It's hard, Andy. I didn't want to dissapoint you. I knew that in the end, though, I would dissapoint you and... He cut her off. Castella. You don't need to explain. I wad just scared whenever you didn't answer your phone. And then, you didn't answer the door at your apartment. I called your dad and he told me where you'd gone. He hugged her and smiled down at the girl. He wiped her tears and kissed her forehead.

Gabe
Gabe headed back to the ranch quietly on foot. He decided to tell Brook about his ex and he was nervous. Gabe breathed heavily as he made it to the barn and looked inside quickly trying not to disturb the random embrace happening. Gabe's heart pounded as he texted brook quickly saying that he was back at the ranch ten sat on the pasture fence and waited.

Jake

Jake frowned" ah boyfriend and girlfriend" he mumbled as he walked away to the house. He opened the door to the house as he stepped inside. He looked to gabe's room seeing he was no were to be found around the place. He grabbed an apple as he began to gnaw on it.

Gabe
Gabe got up from the fence and headed into the house. He jumped as he saw Jake in the kitchen " oh hey.. Jake right" Gabe squinted his eyes doubtingly at his own words. Gabe grabbed a water bottle and screwed off the tap and took a long drink of the soothing water.

Jake

Jake was startled by the sudden appearance of Gabe" ah yeah..Brook's brother.. i was away for a while running a circuit so i haven't been home. " he said as he held out his hand for him to shake.

Gabe
Gabe nodded and shook his hand " good to finally meet you" Gabe smiled at him and rubbed his left eye as it twitched uncomfortably. Gabe needed so advice and thought maybe Jake could help. " eh im dating Brook and shes amazing but today.." he paused " today my ex texted me and wanted to meet up. I said i was here and next thing i know i see her in town an she attacks me in a hug" Gabe rubbed his neck " how do i get her to back off and get Brook to not freak?"

Jake

Jake gave out a laugh " your in a bit of pickle now aren't ya.. Brook is a tough girl if you break her heart trust me she'll get ya good... once i stole her favorite stuffed animal when i was 7 and she punched me and took it. She knocked out my tooth" he said as she laughed. " i cant say what to do just dont make the wrong decision... it'll burn ya like your living in hell"

Gabe
Gabe flinched slightly and forced a laugh. Jake's advice had helped none, if anything it had scared the living lights from him. Gabe nodded and thanked him and mopped off to his room.

Jake

Jake sat at the table as he picked up a beer from the fridge. He groaned as he adjusted himself in the seat.

Brook

brook decided to hed back as she rang out her wet hair and placed her clothes on. She tacked Cobalt up as she mounted. She gave a click as he began to trot away as she heard the sound of her wet hair slap against the back of her.

Gabe
Gabe sat on the edge of his bed and adjusted his boots then headed to the barn. He got out Foxfire and but on his bridle. Gabe mounted his bareback quickly and smiled as the familiar warmth of his horses back soothed his tension. Gabe clicked to Fox as he began to walk on, into the back lot.
