Tough as Dirt [Human RP]

Brook

Brook trotted over the ridge as she broke into a canter. She approached the barn as she slowed a bit. Cobalt pressed trying to go faster and gain speed. She let him go as the speedy little horse sped forward gaining blazing speeds. She came to a slow trot as she saw gabe.

Gabe
Gabe smiled shyly at her as his body moved up and down as he let Fox break into a speedy trot. Gabe arrived at Brook's side and forced a slight smile " eh can we talk?" Gabe looked her in the eyes intensely as he studied her.

Brook

Brook fumed. Was he going to break up with her? " ah yeah sure.." she said as she clucked to Cobalt to catch up with him.

Gabe
Gabe tightened his grip as he urged Fox to pivot. He walked over to the barn and dismounted as he then tied his calm stallion to the post. Gabe sighed and watched as Brook followed behind him quickly.

Brook didnt show any expression as she untacked and put cobalt in his stall. " why dont we talk up here.." she said as she climbed up to the loft

Gabe
Gabe nodded " sure" he climbed after her and sat down next to her on a hay bale. " um the reason i ran off earlier was because" Gabes grunted as his voice cracked " was because my Ex Clair texted me.." Gabe looked up at her and fiddled with his hands.

Brook

Brook's Face turned red as she knew what was coming " oh..." she said as she rubbed her arm. She looked at him who looked [censored] if he was about to burst.

Gabe
Gabe turned to lok her in the eye " she said she wanted to meet up but i said no.. Then when i went into town she was there!" Gabe threw his arms in the air " and she threw herself on me..said she wanted to hang out and, and meet you" Gabe sighed " but i said no and left" Gabe looked at brooks reddened face " I just felt you should know in case she tries to ruin.. us" He looked at her, his eyes glazed over with fear.

Brook

Brook smirked " ruin us??.. ill ruin that city slicker before she can get onto he property.." she said as she gave a mixed look " i thought you were going to break up with me since you rushed off" she said as she rubbed her arm.

Gabe
Gabe's face fell " Brook no! I just needed to think about what had happened. I even went to your brother but all he did was scare me" Gabe chuckled lightly as he spoke quietly. he looked at her loveingly as his eyes shimmered, he rubbed them quickly so she wouldn't see .

Brook

Brook gave a revealed smile as she rubbed her arm " okay good.. i thought you chose her..." She said as she chuckled " did he tell ya the whole stuffed animal story? he left out the part were he had to get surgery cause it was a permanent tooth! " she said as she gave a chuckle.

Gabe
Gabe chuckled " wow you were one heck of a kid" he said. His small dimples showed as he laughed and placed his hand on her arm. He smiled at her as his laughter slowed and he sat smiling.

Brook

"Yeah I was aggressive for sure.. and he is my older brother so that's not good on his part" she said as she laughed at the memory. She remembered him sitting there tears in his eyes holding his tooth in his hand .

Gabe
Gabe seemed to read her mind and let out a snort as he chuckled. He sighed and rubbed his thumb on her arm " thank you for understanding" Gabe smiled at her and yawned, not meaning to but it escaped his throat in a quickness.

Brook

Brook smiled"no problem but if you break my heart I'll break ya like a twig! Haha just kidding" she said as she smiled to him.
