The Isles of Nowhere | Rp (COMPLETED)

     Solstice nodded, "Indeed. She helped Eclipsetess find what we were looking for, and she brought me to the angel realm...before I knew it my parents had already hugged and wrapped themselves around me.." she said looking up at the blue sky with a warm smile before she looked back at Nature, "Her name was Mystic, and she was really nice. Seemed like she was a little lonely perhaps, but me and Eclipsetess even chatted with her for a few minutes or two.

     Solstice smiled as her worries seemed to lighten up, but she still watched Nysa closely just not as closely as she had a little bit before. "I might have already met your mother, but I can't remember exactly. When Faith sent me up to the heavens to be protected and to learn things, I was greeted by her and most of the gods. There was another mare, and if I recall correctly it was your mother..I just don't really remember that day all too well.."

     Either way Solstice enjoyed listening to Oceanus talk about her mother. They seemed to be a lot alike from her words. It also seemed like Nysa was still having a blast. She was having fun swimming around with the dolphins and Carnicus. Especially since he seemed to be about her age. Maybe just a few days younger. Solstice was surprised to see her still swimming around, but she tried dismissing the thought.

     She ended up doing so once she heard something. Something loud enough the sound traveled quite the ways. Solstice smiled as she looked over at the deeper waters as she recognized that sound. "Yes I do. I think Mint said her name was Winter Rose too." she smiled. Nysa heard the noise too and looked out in the deeper waters unsure of what she heard, but then she noticed the dolphins had left.

      "Aww...I was having fun." she said sad that they left before Carnicus started getting her to the side. Nysa was confused about what was going on. Solstice let Oceanus use her magic as Nysa was more confused about the small push or wave that was moving her and how some sort of barrier formed. "Mom what's going on?" she asked as both of them were now standing in shallow water. 

     Solstice nuzzled her filly. She just took a quick moment making sure she was alright after all that swimming before she answered the filly's question, "Just wait and see. It's nothing to worry about. There's someone for you to meet." she smiled before she looked over at the deeper waters as the echoing got louder, "Think you were right Oceanus..she did have a calf..and there's a third whale. I can hear the difference in their echoes."

     Nysa flicked her ears as she listened curiously as the echoes formed a song. Solstice smiled, "Beautiful as always." she said looking at Nysa. Her body was still soaked with water, but the water made her coat seem to shine and the stars in her blue markings almost seemed like they were twinkling. Solstice just dismissed it as her friend surfaced. "It's good to see you again girl." 

     Though Solstice was about to walk over to her when a larger whale surfaced, "Wow..." she said starting to think if whales could get any better. After a moment Solstice just walked over to Winter and placed her hoof on her, "Hey girl. I didn't know you had a mate." she smiled before she realized something might have been wrong, "Wait...where's your calf? I know I heard them...should have surfaced by now.." she said as she looked at Oceanus with a worried look. Nysa just stood there looking up at the whales unsure of what to think. 

Winter Rose sang a song to Solstice, and her mate had done the same except a bit deeper, majestic and beautiful as the harmony had disappeared, but that was when the calf surfaced and picked up Nysa and put her on top of the calf, Oceanus just smiled and maybe giggled as the calf wanted to make a grand entrance, Carcinus just smiled and maybe have slightly tried to hide the giggling.

"Well someone made us worried, but still made a grand entrance to surprise us." Oceanus said, the calf then carefully made sure that Nysa was balanced as the barrier disappeared under Nysa, whales are a mysterys after all.

"Hm, well now we know that this calf likes to be having more fun, as they always do.. Just like regular foals." Oceanus said again, Carcinus just swam next to his grandmother as she nuzzled him sweetly, more like a mother then a sweet spoiling-grandmother.

Then the calf sang a higher pitch as Winter entered the song and then her mate carried afterwards, making an even more beautiful harmony that was very sweet, though Winter might have used her flipper and lightly splash Solstice, the mate just hung back and then slid back into the deep water, maybe to make sure that no predators followed after them with their new calf.

"You know, even if we are Sea Ponies, we still can't seem to oin point the age of calf moon whales and male adult moon whales, we've gotten the females down, but not the males or the calves. So this a good time to take note of their size and how big they are gonna get as calves will age. Just don't know how fast.." Oceanus said, the calf then blew water out of the blowhole as Winter Rose did the samething.

"Anyways it seems like the father and mate, had gone back into the water to check for predators and attack any to keep their calf safe, like how we would do it to any chances of predators or.. Rival stallions.." Oceanus stopped talking at the end, like she knew Solstice and didn't want to bring anything else up on accident..

     Nysa was the smallest and youngest foal in the herd, but she never felt this small. "They're huge..." she said completely unsure of what to think about the two whales. Primarily the male since he was larger. Though she just stayed where she was watching her mother go over to one of the whales like it was nothing. "What are they? How do you even know them..?" she asked confused. She wasn't scared of them, but their size just took her a few minutes to process.

     Solstice just looked back at Nysa, "Moon whales." she said with a small smile, "When I was carrying you...I...well some of the herd spent a couple days here on the beach.." she said rewording things a little..well maybe a lot, "This girl came to shore. Turns out moon unicorns like me are connected to a moon whale...I'm not sure how, but you'd have to ask your aunt if you want to know."

     Though Nysa looked at Winter Rose and her mate as they started singing their song once more. Solstice smiled as she listened to them sing. Nysa listened and she even smiled a bit since she hadn't really heard singing before. "But your a alicorn mo-" Nysa was cut off when she realized whatever she was standing in..or on was moving and rising. Nysa's legs spread out a bit like she didn't know how to use her legs, but it was just so she could keep her balance.

     Solstice couldn't help but giggle as she watched the calf, "Most certainly." she said with another giggle, "Your calf is beautiful Winter Rose." she said with a smile before she looked at Nysa who was still confused about what happened. Nysa did notice Carnicus tried to hide his laugh, but she only gave him a small look. "Actually Nysa no I'm not a alicorn. I'm a unicorn. The same goes with your uncle." she said as Nysa was just more confused.

     "Your aunt gifted me these wings the day I met her. They aren't permanent, but I can keep them as long as I wish. Most real alicorns can tell whether or not wings are real." she said before the calf started singing louder then it's parents as they too joined in. Though Solstice didn't notice Winter Rose raising her fin some until after she was splashed. Nysa couldn't help but laugh as Solstice joined in too.

     Then Solstice just spread her wings even if her feathers were soaked as well as the rest of her body, but she didn't care. She just flew straight up as the loose water from her body, mane, tail, and her wings just flew off of her as she just went up before she leaned back and free-falled it before she went back up-right and hovered not too far from the ground. "Well there's only a small number of moon whales, so it might be hard to determine that, but I'm sure you'll get the information one day."

     Though Solstice looked out where the male went. What none of them noticed was that Orion had come over, "I can agree on Oceanus with that. I was starting to worry where you two went until I asked Nature and she said you were here." he said before he looked at Winter Rose, "Seems like you're all having fun." he said as he wasn't much for water, but he went in anyways. 

     Nysa looked up as she heard her dad and looked over in his direction. Though Solstice looked over and smiled, "Oh yeah...I didn't tell you did I?" she said as she must have spaced out on it, "Nature suggested I take Nysa here and teach her to swim, and I guess I got a little excited.." she said flying over to him before she carefully went back in the water and nuzzled him.

Though Winter Rose's mate soon later returned to her and the calf ducked back down into the water so that Nysa could walk around again, but Oceanus and Carcinus remained silent for the time being, as to not disturb anything going right now. And in front of them.

But as the calf was still new and to the new location as well, the little baby silently popped its head slightly out of the water but very close to the sand, Winter just echoed to her calf to come back, as she didn't want her baby to beach itself on accident..


The mate of Winter Rose nuzzled her lovingly way, and nuzzling was different as Winter's mate brushed up against gently, though the calf knew nothing with love, mostly like I said the baby was still new as well, but the calf refused to let the new horse Orion be gone from its curious and interesting grasp, whale-wise.

Though the father/mate was getting a little anticipated, but Winter Rose just dismissed it and waited until their calf lost interest, but the father still didn't want to dismiss it and was even getting a little protective but Winter just sang a song to get her mate to lose focus.


The calf was still interested but went back into the deeper parts of the beach to be with their mother and father, then the calf joined into the song as it ended perfectly, the two adults with normal and deep vocals with higher vocals from the calf to create the illusion of a song..

Oceanus just adored the song and smiled, as Carcinus also did the samething, but he then shortly swam over to Orion as the sun got perky and shined on parts of where his golden scales were, Oceanus just sighed and shortly rolled her eyes as Carcinus was curious of Orion and asked him some respectable questions.


Though another Sea Pony came up next to Oceanus as they handed her a clipboard, though Oceanus dismissed it for now and would tend to it later, but she did hold onto the clipboard for the time being. Carcinus was also curious by the Sea Pony, but when he turned his head to see the horse the sea pony already disappeared under the water.

     Orion just grinned trying to nip her, but Solstice dodged it like always. Though Solstice just spread out one of her wings and used it to splash Orion. Orion only gave her a look before he shook off as much water as he could. "Of course you had to do that." he said with a smile before they looked over at Nysa as the calf ducked back under. Nysa just ran over to her parents water splashing everywhere. "Having fun?" Orion asked.

     Nysa nodded she said before she started running around and splashing in the shallow water. Solstice watched her before looking at Orion, "Well she can definitely swim, but I don't know how she isn't tired yet. Would have thought she'd be out by now...at least she'll sleep well tonight..well I think we all will." she said as Orion nodded before they looked at the whales as they sang once more.

     Though Solstice noticed how the calf got a bit close to shore which Winter Rose didn't seem to like. "Little ones..always curious and keeping us on our hooves...or fins." she said before she noticed the calf seemed greatly interested in Orion. Orion was a bit confused, but Solstice only giggled a bit, "Alright back to your parents." she said softly once the calf started going back.

     Orion then noticed the colt with Oceanus. He quickly noticed the golden scales on parts of his body as they glowed in the sun. Even Orion's coat sometimes did the same thing. His orange and white body just sometimes made a glowing effect. Though he wasn't sure why everyone was interested in him. Why the colt asked him questions he wasn't sure, but he tried to answer them the best he could.

     Solstice noticed a sea pony give something to Oceanus, but she dismissed it. Though she called Nysa back over, "As much as I'd love to stay and hang out here more, it's been a long day and I could use some rest. I had fun with you all." she said. Nysa didn't want to leave, but she knew she had to. Solstice noticed and looked at her, "We can come back, but it's time to head back to the herd."

"She is right Nysa, better to rest now before you tire yourself out when swimming some more." Oceanus agreed with Solstice, she was right though Carcinus started trotting up the beach, Oceanus only sighed before following him.

"Forgot.. Wait up grandson!" Oceanus said, she started cantering to catch up to Carcinus, though the colt started running as Oceanus was catching up, though another Sea Pony swam up onto the land, this one was a big bulky stallion for sure! But he seemed to match Oceanus's height but still slightly smaller.


"Carcinus!" the stallion boomed his voice, he must've been Carcinus's father, no wonder why Carcinus has golden scales that shine! Carcinus's father has golden scales, though pigmented with the goldenrod color as well.

Though Carcinus's father watched as the colt still ran up and onto the fresh grass, as Oceanus began chasing after him, the stallion only got madder but he did hear Ceto coming up as well, she was only worried for her first foal. Normal with beginning mother's, like with Solstice.

"Aphros? Where's Carcinus?" Ceto asked worriedly, though as the mare popped out of the water and transformed, she had long hair like her mother's, but it seemed to have dipped and smoothen out, like it was wet. But Ceto was a Sea Pony, so it must have depended on the combing or a type of wax smoothed it out.

"Your mother is chasing him, but I'm going to help her, she's too old. But not old enough to stop running a kingdom." Aphros lovingly told Ceto, he cared about her and their new set of foals coming soon.

"I'm glad that you throw compliments here and there, but I do agree that she's getting older by the minute, I know we Sea Ponies age a little faster every now and then. But I feel like she's hiding something from me, us, her kingdom." Ceto said, she then brushed up against Aphros side as he nuzzled her sweetly and calmly.

"You should go find our son, maybe Oceanus already has him, who knows?" Ceto put her head on Aphros back, but she took her head off as Aphros nuzzled Ceto goodbye for the moment, though Ceto looked over and noticed Solstice with Orion and Nysa, and that's when Ceto felt left out of her family.

    Nysa nodded a bit as Orion nuzzled her, "Maybe you could play with Minette if she wants to when we get back." he suggested as Nysa seemed to perk back up. Nysa wanted to tell her about everything, but she stayed with her parents until they started heading back to the herd. Though that's when Carnicus came up to the beach as Oceanus started following him. "Grandson?" Orion said confused as he looked at Solstice.

     "Ceto's son." she said in response as they watched Oceanus follow the colt, "Wonder what got into him.." she said more to herself before Solstice noticed a large stallion had come from the water. Nysa noticed the stallion and just went beside her mother. That was when Ceto came up as well. Solstice didn't say anything until Carnicus's father apparently named Aphros went after Carnicus.

     That was when Solstice looked at Orion and Nysa, "Why don't you two head back to the herd. Maybe you'll help them catch Carnicus. I won't be far behind you two." she said nuzzling them both as Orion nudged Nysa to take her back to the herd. Solstice then stepped over to Ceto, "Foals.." she said before she focused more, "They get him and bring him back. Don't worry. Congratulations by the way." she said with a small warm smile.

     "I can stay here with you if you want. I don't mind really. Peace and quiet can be nice sometimes.." she said. Orion and Nysa were just walking to the herd as they kept a look out for Carnicus, Oceanus, and Aphros just in case they hadn't gotten the colt to stop, but Nysa went a little ways ahead of her father. He just made sure she stayed in his view, but Nysa only walked ahead a bit.

"Hm, yeah and thanks.. But um, no its fine, if your busy then you don't have too- stay with me, I'll have to back to the Labor Room soon to see how far I am again, its a new thing mother installed for- mares like me, if I had known that you were gonna have a foal then mother would've constructed the Labor Room better- technically mom renovated the place when Azulia was last there. Som debris got caught in some of the coral from the Mainland, so we just used it to make some water proof machines. To better help us.. Anyways you should go." Ceto nudged Solstice, she didn't realize that she was really talking until she realized that she had finished a whole sentence, though a guard or two looked at Ceto as she looked at Solstice before leaving, two new royale foals was sure a big deal under the sea.


But Oceanus was looking around the herd, as Aphros was in the market to search for Carcinus, though the colt was playing around with Minette, he was enjoying his time but then Marrow and King came over as Minette hugged the two and introduced the two foals to Carcinus.

"Well your supposed to be a Sea Pony right? Your so different to King!" Marrow said, King was jealous but Carcinus was still young, so King should stop being jealous compared to a young colt like Carcinus.

"King.. He's still young." Minette told King, King looked down, but that was when Oceanus came over, when she spotted the foal group.

     Solstice shook her head, “I don’t mind really. I’m not busy. Orion and Nysa will be fine without me for a bit.” she said looking around for a minute, “Hm well I had Nysa probably about a month and a half ago late at night….I had no energy or strength either.” she said before a smile formed on her face, “It’s worth it though..in the end.” she said as she was quiet for a minute thinking, “Might decide to have another…I think it would be good for Nysa to have a sibling.” she said seeming to like the thought.

     Though Solstice looked over seeing some guards, “Alright then. Take it easy.” she said as Ceto nudged her. Solstice did nuzzle her a bit before she spread her wings and flew back to the herd. Though while she did she kept an eye out for Carnicus if they hadn’t found or caught up to him yet. Seemed like he’d rather be on land than at sea. Solstice did enjoy she fly though until she carefully landed within the herd spotting Carnicus.

     Nysa ran over to Minette and the other foals once her and Orion got back, and she still had plenty of energy. Her coat was still wet from the water, but the sun was doing its job as she dried off slowly. Though Nysa rolled around in the grass as it stuck to her wet coat. She did get up and shake it off as she was still enjoying herself. Nysa did look at Carnicus though, “Your grandma and your dad are looking for you.” she said before she looked over.

     “I think your grandma did just find you…” she said as she sat in the grass. Solstice watched the foals for a moment, but it seemed Oceanus found the colt so she just went over to Eclipsetess and her brother to see how the two were doing before she checked on a few others before she finally went back to Orion and laid down beside him. She just smiled and laid her head on top of his back as it felt good to rest.

Carcinus looked at Oceanus as he hung his head down, Oceanus didn't yell at him, but instead made sure that the young colt learned his lesson thoroughly, which he did but Carcinus also told Oceanus- his grandmother, that he doesn't make any Sea Foal friends at the Water-Ground..

"Oh Carcinus... You should've told me or your parents, we would've understood your misunderstanding to other foals, and we would've found a way for you to not get sick underwater.. You do have a rare sickness after all, well actually its heredity.." Oceanus told Carcinus, but what did Oceanus mean with Carcinus having a heredity sickness? Did someone pass it down through Oceanus's family line?

"W-what do you mean by heredity? Does/did someone have it?" Carcinus asked Oceanus, her deep blue eyes saddened, Carcinus then realized that only his grandmother's family and his mother have the same sickness, his father was different, hence his golden scales from his father.

"What's the sickness called?" Carcinus asked again, Oceanus didn't smile but only sighed at him, Oceanus knew that her grandson had many questions after revealing the truth to him, and the foals around since she told this in front of him and everyone else.

"Carcinus, its been a heredity for so long that our researcher's are still finding a name for the heredity, since only that the water affects you in a different way, making you technically allergic to water but only having it as a different thing for your body to be unable to work with the water around." Oceanus told Carcinus, he only nodded and understood as Aphros finally came over after searching the whole market out.


"Carcinus my boy, I was so worried about you, including your mother. She's so worried about you that she's been going to the new renovated labor Room just to keep your two younger siblings in check.." Aphros told Carcinus, the colt only sniffled as he hugged his father, Oceanus then got up and started walking as Carcinus followed after he stopped hugging his father, and Aphros came along as well.


Minette only stood there looking around as she watched Aphros, Carcinus, and Oceanus, go back to the beach to go back under the water and to their kingdom home.. But Minette also checked out the rest of group to see how their dealing with what just happened..
