The Isles of Nowhere | Rp (COMPLETED)

Minette was worried about Nysa as she wandered off by herself, though Marrow tried getting to cheer up as Eclipsetess wandered over with a worried look from Minette, and Eclipsetess knew that it was Nysa who wandered off, but she didn't have the energy to go looking for the foal.

"If Nysa doesn't come back by nightfall, then I'll have Scorn setup a search for Nysa, she's apart of our herd and herd members stick together, whether or not we opress them. Minette, she's your niece, at least let her be in involved in some activities, alright?" Eclipsetess asked and told Minette as she nodded at both, Minette was worried like with the rest of the herd as Nysa's disappearence affected the herd quickly, meaning they were aware and worried for Nysa to return.

But after Eclipsetess left Minette and Marrow, she stuck by Scorn in case Nysa didn't really return, so that Eclipsetess could call a search and everyone would be searching for Nysa with great worry, though Minette didn't realize that it had gotten dark relatively fast for yawning.

"Well it's dark like mom said, but I don't think that I hear Nysa, I'll keep an ear out for her. But you should probably get going to your mother; don't want her to worry!" Minette ushered Marrow off, Marrow quickly jumped and ran while jumping into the air and gliding for speed.

Though Minette quickly trotted into the herd for safety, in case anything dangerous was lurking by as it saved itself by escaping from the fire, but Minette look around in the distance for Nysa, though she did go to Eclipsetess for safety from her mother.

     The more time that passed, the more worried and worked up Solstice got. "Where could she be..?" she said worried as she kept on looking around, "Nysa wouldn't run off like this..." she said before she started running around the herd again to see if she had returned, but there was no sign of her. Orion was worried too, but he was starting to get more worried about Solstice. He ended up stopping her, "Solstice we'll find her if she isn't back by nightfall, but you need to relax. If you keep this up, we won't find her."

     Solstice just looked at him snorting a bit, "She can't defend herself out there Orion! She's young. She's never been out there alone. I try to keep her in the herd for reasons. For her safety. After everything I can't loose her. I can't just wait until nightfall! Who knows what could come out then." she said with her ears pinned before she spread out her wings and started to look for her filly from above.

     Orion sighed as he watched her. He couldn't go after her, but he was worried about her. Namir walked over to Orion worried about the two just like he was, "You know her. She's not going to calm down until we find Nysa. The best we can do is keep an eye out and be there for Solstice..." he said before he turned away and left. Orion just looked at him before he looked back up at Solstice.

     Though Nysa had ended up falling asleep near some trees and shrubs. She was curled up, but the later it got, the colder the small breeze got as she shivered a bit. Nysa didn't even realize she had fallen asleep. Therefore she didn't even notice it was starting to get late. At least until she started hearing strange noises as her small ears picked up on them. So much so she ended up waking up realizing it had gotten dark.

     Nysa looked around as she slowly lowered her ears. She'd never been alone...especially when it was dark. "Mom...? Dad...?" she said nervously. She was scared, and hoped what she was hearing was her parents, but the longer she laid there the more she realized it wasn't them. Nysa wanted to get back to the herd, her parents, but she didn't remember her way back. She couldn't see much due to the darkness which made her more nervous.

     The filly didn't know what to do. She didn't know if there was someone or something. She just wanted to be back with the herd. She knew she was safe there, but how was she to get back? Nysa just didn't move. She figured it would be the best choice, but she wasn't completely sure. Eventually she laid her head back down a bit, but she didn't go back to sleep..she couldn't.

     Though Solstice was still flying around the herds and other parts of the Isle for any sign of her daughter. The longer she looked the more she wanted to find her and the more worried she had gotten. "Nysa..where did you go...?" she said to herself as she kept her eyes on the ground below her, but there was nothing. Even from the trees she couldn't see. As it got dark, Solstice had her horn glow hoping it would help, but not much.

     Solstice wasn't going to stop though. Not until Nysa was found. Whether or not she was the one who had found her. Eventually she turned back to the herd. She was starting to get tired, but she put it aside. "I've looked everywhere I would think she would go, but nothing. W-what if someone took her? Or w-what if she's not on the Isle..?" she said starting to fear the worst.

      Orion ran over to Solstice once she came back, but he quickly realized Nysa wasn't with her. "Solstice we'll find her. Everyone's been keeping an eye out. We'll start a search okay? You just need to rest. You've been looking for her for hours." he said worried about her, "No don't think like that. I'm sure she just doesn't know her way back. Or she's probably just scared. We will find her Solstice."

"Alright Minette, go to auntie Azulia." Eclipsetess nudged Minette as she did what her mother told her too, and Minette just trotted off to Azulia as she watched Minette trot over to her and then Raven got a bit excited as Minette nuzzled the cute lil foal that Raven was.

"Scorn, you ready?" Eclipsetess asked Scorn, he nodded as he started rounding up some mares as they were unicorns, perfect to light up a perfect glow so that Nysa could see, though Eclipsetess lit up her horn with her firework magic as it crackled a bit before dying down to a normal glow with the sparks still coming out and disappearing.

"Let's go and find Nysa, half of you will search by and near the bridge- there's a forest over there that's covering around it in the corners and look down by the beach as well since Nature put a tree house there as wel, meaning more forest to be willing to find Nysa. Though the other group will be with me as we'll go to the other end of the Isle to search for Nysa there. The other group that I just told you to go will be accompanied by Eclipsetess, if her fireworks crackle or crack loudly then Nysa will be able to hear it and go to Eclipsetess as she did use firework magic when Nysa was a bit young." Scorn told the two groups as Eclipsetess told her group to follow her as the unicorn mares of her group followed and Scorn's group followed him to the other end of the Isle.

As Eclipsetess's group was walking around, Eclipsetess's firework magic cracked loudly as it was a considerate loud popping sound, though Eclipsetess pressed on in the wooded area she was in and then her magic started to pop loudly even more, even to the point it would pop out a firework and go into the sky.

"Does my magic mean that I'm getting closer to Nysa?" Eclipsetess asked herself, her group was big in light but Eclipsetess was far away enough for it to be dim from where she stood, but she just pressed on until she stopped when a firework dropped from her horn and fell to the ground as Eclipsetess jumped to dodge as it exploded and made a rather loud sound that Minette heard as a vibration.

     Solstice just looked at Orion before looking down, "I just want her to be okay..." she said clearly hurt and worried as she just wrapped herself around Orion looking for some comfort. Though Solstice looked over seeing Scorn gathering mares to go looking for her daughter. She was about to go walk over there, but Namir seemed to have come out of nowhere and stop her.

     "Sis your needed here. You never know if she comes back while we're gone. You've been looking for hours. Your tired. Don't deny it." he said nuzzling her before he looked at the two groups being made. Solstice just nodded silently before she went back over to Orion. She hoped they would find her unharmed. Solstice was silent after that. Orion just kept her close while they both listened carefully in case Nysa was close.

      Though Nysa was still in the same place. The breeze brushing against loose branches. Animals making noises. The night was just so different then the day. Sure she represented the night in some way, but she was just scared. She was completely alone..at least to her knowledge. It seemed like forever that she was there. All the filly wanted was to be with her family, "I shouldn't have left that group..." she mumbled to herself.

      After awhile Nysa started to hear something different, and her ears definitely picked it up. Though she wasn't sure what she was hearing. Sounded loud, and it scared her more as she just hid in the shadows some more. Shortly after she started hearing the strange noise, she started seeing strange lights. At that point she wasn't really hopeful it was anyone from the herd. Nysa just figured it was someone or someones she didn't know.

       At least until she heard something louder and she thought she had heard a voice or two. Something started to feel familiar to her as the figures, light, and noise got closer to her. Hesitantly, Nysa had stood up. She slowly started to take a few steps towards everything unsure if she should have or not, but she soon came across a figure. Nysa was still somewhat in the darkness, but then she realized who it was.

      "Auntie!" she said running up to her with no more hesitation. "I-i got scared...I didn't know how to get back to the herd..I didn't know where I was.." she said rambling a bit, but she just pressed her small body against Eclipsetess happily and relieved, "I'm sorry I left the herd..I-i just didn't know what else to do...is mom mad at me..?" she asked looking down as her mood changed..

"Oh Nysa no.. No she isn't, she was more worried about you, me, Minette, and the entire herd was worried for you. Our lead stallion had me and his group search for you, you shouldn't have wandered off anyways- but that doesn't matter anymore as your alright." Eclipsetess told Nysa, she was relieved that Nysa was alright and happy to see her aunt again, but Eclipsetess then shot off a firework as the dimmed out light began getting brighter until some unicorn mares were standing behind Eclipsetess.

"Let's go home and forget about this night. But this is my group that Scorn had me accompany for your search, they are very useful as I could still see their light even from here, and that is really far. Anyways lets go." Eclipsetess said, two unicorns walked to the side as they let Eclipsetess and Nysa go first before following behind them in case Nysa gets distracted.

As Minette was pacing back and forth, Azulia watched her niece while Raven was sleeping next to Cronsi as the stallion called Azulia over to rest, but Azulia didn't rest as she saw Scorn's group come back over from his side of the search, which got Minette more nervous as he told the rest of the herd that he didn't find Nysa.

Azulia then looked over to Eclipsetess's side of the search as she perked up, she then realized who was next to her as Eclipsetess emerged, and so, Azulia then ran over to Eclipsetess as she shouted out Nysa's name which made Minette run over to Nysa and Minette did hug Nysa as she also cried on her young shoulder.

"Never do that to me! Your my niece, I'm your niece, but we act like sisters. So don't ever leave me!" Minette told Nysa, she was still young but Minette did mention that Nysa was like a younger sister to her, which made Eclipsetess smile as she nuzzled the two hugging.

"You have your family terms wrong, but who cares? No one does, as we all are family, whether or not we are in the same family, we all have each other to depend on each other." Eclipsetess spoke about, Azulia snickered before she smiled at the thought of what Eclipsetess said.

"Why don't you two call each other nibling's?" Azulia asked Minette, Minette was confused on what Azulia asked as she smiled before looking up at Eclipsetess as she knew that Minette didn't know what nibling meant.

"What does nibling mean?" Minette asked Eclipsetess, Eclipsetess smiled softly before looking at Azulia as she sighed before laying down.

"Nibling is a replacement from sibling and niece/nephew, its a more interesting way but we used to use it and then auntie Azulia brought it up, but we don't really mind using it as we like the word of it. Now lets go to Solstice/your mother Nysa, she might be happy to see you." Eclipsetess told Minette and Nysa, and then she ushered Nysa to follow her as Solstice was just over with Orion.

     Nysa just looked up at Eclipsetess for a moment before looking back down, "They were...?" she said relieved she was no longer alone, but she felt bad. "I-i didn't mean to! I was just left out of everything...No one let's me do anything..I just didn't know what to do. I didn't mean to stray too far from the herd!" she said knowing her mistake. Nysa was a little bit afraid of seeing her mother again to be honest.

     Nysa nodded wanting to go back home. It would be a long time until she would go off on her own again. Though Nysa just stuck to Eclipsetess's side. She didn't even bother to look at the other unicorn mares that followed behind him. She was quiet. Occasionally she looked up and looked towards the darkness when she thought she heard something, but she just kept walking.

     Orion had been keeping and eye and ear out for their daughter, but in the process Solstice had fallen asleep. He knew she would get mad at him, but it didn't matter. Solstice had worn herself out even if she didn't realize it herself. Though Orion was still greatly worried about Nysa over time he ended up closing his eyes unwillingly. Namir watched the two from a distance, but he walked around a bit waiting.

     He stopped though when Scorn and his group had returned though he saw no sign of Nysa with them. They're last hope was Eclipsetess's group at least for the night. Namir stood there trying to be hopeful as he waited for the second group to return. That was until he looked over seeing Eclipsetess emerge from the shadows seeing Nysa there beside her. Namir smiled as he slowly walked over.

     Though Nysa just hesitated once they got to the herd. She glanced at Eclipsetess for a moment before she realized Minette had ran over and hugged her, "I-i'm sorry..." she said keeping her ears lowered, "You and Marrow just kept leaving me..I'm not allowed to do anything.." she said still nervous even a bit spooked as well. Though Nysa looked at Azulia and the others as she gave a nod or two.

     Nysa was hesitant when Eclipsetess said they were going to see her mother. She wasn't entirely convinced that her mother wasn't mad. Though Solstice ended up waking, and once she realized she had fallen asleep she nipped Orion quite hard waking him up, "How could you let me sleep when our daught-" Solstice was caught off when she realized Eclipsetess was walking over, but then she saw Nysa from behind her, "Nysa!" she said as she got up and ran over to her as she hugged her and wrapped her wings around her, "I was so worried! I spent hours looking for you!"

     Orion jolted awake with how hard Solstice had bit him, "You needed it!" he said with a snort before he realized how quick she had gotten up. Orion looked over seeing Nysa as he too ran over. Nysa just looked up when she heard her mother and was about to apologize, but she soon realized that she had hugged her wings and all. Orion was relieved as well, "We were worried about you Nysa. I saw you with Marrow and Minette one second then the next you were gone."

     Solstice just took a step back..eventually. Nysa looked at her parent's before she looked down, "I'm sorry..I just...I hate being left out..or being brought to foals I don't know without a choice..I didn't mean to go far! I ended up falling asleep, and then it was dark out. I didn't remember my way back..I-i won't do it again!" she said looking down at that point. She was scared still..

Eclipsetess was silent but she did agree and smile at Nysa, Eclipsetess did nuzzle Nysa as she could tell that she was still a bit scared, but Eclipsetess also realized that Nysa had paranoia as she heard the same sound that Nysa heard but she chose to ignore it.

"No need to be scared, but I did realize that you have paranoia; which is something that caused by a sound you hear and then begin to hear it all over and cry when its too intense, I can take your paranoia away and locate whatever is causing the source of your paranoia Nysa. I am still learning about my magic as well, just like your mother, but not all guardians are informed about their own magic, I was just the lucky one who had too much magic and started at a much younger age then what Minette is applying now. Being a guardian actually helps control your magic, that's- what I've been told.." Eclipsetess said, she was disappointed that she still had much more magic then anyone else, but she did smile once she stopped talking about it.

"Now I'll let you three be while I think of a way to get you included in much more activities, but it does require you to be in a new group, foals your age or near it. I have spotted a couple foals that are your age at the playground, but those foals are only there because of their older siblings. So I'll go and create a group your age, so that you can have fun while also learning about your new friends. But I'll also put you, Nysa, in view of Minette so that whenever you want to visit her, she'll be able to see you coming. How about that?" Eclipsetess asked Nysa, she did spoil the surprise- typical Eclipsetess, though she was a bit more excited at the idea and did have fur fluff-clumps growing from her face, it was adorable but also cartoony at the same time.

Though Minette wandered over as she wanted to know how Nysa was doing, but she did notice Eclipsetess's change, and it made her a little weirded out that her mother was changing much faster and much more different then what she really is, Minette did also nuzzle Eclipsetess's side. But to her surprise, Eclipsetess flinched before flipping her tail and hanging her to the side as she looked up at Minette..

"Are you pregnant?" Minette asked Eclipsetess, Eclipsetess froze and looked confused at Minette before thinking about it, but it was still a question which Eclipsetess could provide no answer too.

"It might just be that I'm not getting some sleep as I'm teaching you and Marrow at the same time, not saying anything bad but I do nap sometimes now, with your other auntie, uncle and your cousin Raven." Eclipsetess told Minette, she tried to provide the best answer that she could come up with but while also being truly honest as herself.

"I still think that you have a foal in your stomach, it explains your ankles, but your muscles are from exericising which I'm actually bing inspired by since being a bit more muscled means you can kick more and protect us all!" Minette told Eclipsetess before she started ranting about Eclipsetess's raw strength now..

"Hehe.. How can I have another baby when I already have one with me?" Eclipsetess asked Minette, Minette noticed that Eclipsetess giggled as it sounded like a lie, which Minette started protesting against.

"Minette.. I'm not preggo, I do not have swollen ankles, my muscles are just growing because I'm training myself more then usual when I'm teaching you and Marrow how to fly, you already have the gist down but Marrow still needs help landing as I'm teaching her how to glide-land as its better for her since its her wings that are angled and were re-created just like her old wing; she's a gliding pegasus, not a normal high-flyer- well she may be good at getting in the air. But she excells at gliding down rather then flying. I see it in her when she's trying to land normally, even her mother told her that Marrow's a glider and not a normal pegasus, and gliders are extremely rare to come across- especially Marrow's age." Eclipsetess told Minette the real deal and story, as Minette calmed down and listened, she then realized that Marrow was always different but Marrow and Minette were always going to be friends, especially alongside Nysa.

"But that doesn't explain why you flinched when I nuzzled your stomach." Minette restated her question, Eclipsetess then realized that she also had no idea why she flinched when Minette nuzzled her..

"It was probably because I was never used to you nuzzling me, I always see you everywhere else but not by my side, so my body wasn't ready until you nuzzled me and then I flinched because I reacted normally. Like everyone else here." Eclipsetess then told Minette another thing that might be true.

"Oh.. then can you and dad make one?" Minette asked Eclipsetess directly, in front of her auntie and uncle and even Nysa, Eclipsetess just froze up at what Minette asked, and that Minette wanted a sister or brother, Eclipsetess was still in shock though as to what she heard Minette ask.

     "Oh Nysa..." Solstice said as she kept her close, "I'm not mad at you. I was just worried. I spent hours searching for you.." she said in a calm manner. "I used to run off when I was younger. I wanted to know more about the world around me and I wanted a better life. What happened doesn't matter now. I said I'll tell you when your older, and I meant it, but your uncle kept me in the herd I wasn't accepted into for my safety."

     Nysa just looked at her before looking down. At least until Solstice said she wasn't mad, "Y-you aren't?" she asked as both of her parents shook their heads. "W-what happened then? Did you learn about the world...or the Isles I think they're called.." she said unsure since she was still learning. Well Nysa had a lot to learn in general, but she liked to learn. She wanted to know about..well everything.

     Solstice smiled, "Through all of the hardships I faced...they didn't stop me from getting what I wanted. A family." she said spreading her wings for a moment as she looked up at the night sky for a moment, "I have you and your father, your aunt and uncle, and the herd. Blood or not they are my family and they are your family. They will be there for you just like I will. No matter where I am Nysa. I will always be there with you. Good and bad." she said as she nuzzled Nysa and Nysa just smiled.

     Though they both looked at Eclipsetess as she started to speak, "I've never been by myself for that long before....I-i didn't know what to do when it got dark..I just kept hearing things..I don't know what they were..." she said as Solstice just calmed her some. Nysa then went a bit quiet, but she perked up when Eclipsetess talked about magic, but she just didn't say anything that time.

     Nysa got a bit nervous again when Eclipsetess spoke of a new friend group. "Ok..." she said looking down again. Solstice comforted her more telling her that it was alright. "I-i'll try.." she said a bit unsure of it, but she was also a bit tired from her little adventure. Everyone was. Though she looked over at Minette as she came over. Solstice seemed a bit worried about Eclipsetess though noticing how she was changing, but she didn't say anything about it..well unlike Minette had.

     Solstice was a bit surprised by Minette's blunt question. Nysa was a bit confused, but Solstice hushed her before she could say anything. Instead Solstice had Nysa lay down beside her as she placed her wing over her. She knew the filly was tired, and thought it was a good time for her to sleep and hopefully not over hear this..conversation which Solstice had stayed out of for the most part.

     Well Solstice was a bit interested in what Eclipsetess had said about Marrow, "Never heard of horses being different kinds of flyers." she said flicking her ear a bit, "At least Marrow can fly now. I saw all the joy in her when you managed to give her the wing she was missing. Her mother as well." she said with a warm smile before Minette asked her last question. Solstice was more then surprised, but Namir had decided to walk over when he heard the question. The stallion just froze slightly unsure if he heard Minette correctly. Solstice just giggled a bit seeing her brother.

     "Well...I think we're going to call it a night..." Solstice said as she got up and brought Nysa over to Orion whom had sneaked off a tad bit while they were talking. She laid down beside him and Nysa laid down beside her as Solstice put her wing over Nysa like she always had. Though Solstice looked at the filly as she closed her eyes before she looked back up at the night sky and the moon before she too closed her eyes..

Eclipsetess left as she was tired too, but she had Minette with her as she found a perfect spot to lay down with Minette there as well, though Eclipsetess did groom Minette before bed as she was a bit dirty from running around as dirt does fly, whether or not it was dry or soiled as normal with the rain- if there was ever rain..

But everyone was asleep as no one was up as the sky was dark, the stars out, and the moon as bright as ever now its goddess acknowledges it even more then usual, but as soon as the moon shined a gentle gust of wind blew past the herd as the herds were still asleep as ever, but there was a couple of gentle and silent-ish hooves sounding on the smooth rock before being grass.

An old friend appeared as she watched the herd about as usual, her long black but broken in half horn, and her happy new golden eyes, though she was see-through and Marrow was already asleep with her mother. But Marrow's mother looked up as a pearly white ghost of a unicorn mare was looking around, but she did find that the mare smiled before walking over to Marrow asleep and her mother awake now.

"How have you been daughter?" the ghost's voice echoed to the mare, Marrow's mother smiled gently as the ghost looked at Marrow as she had her wing attached once more, even the ghost also realized that Marrow's mother also had her wing.

"Eclipsetess must've did that huh? She always surprises us, but she is just like Solstice though, always figuring and finding out before we even know it, making ou lives happy and longer. But she knows that there is no magic to cure a broken horn and an aging old unicorn like me." the ghost mare said, she was the one that was with Solstice when she joined Scorn's herd, having the fun that the mre wanted to feel again.

"Well you should go back to the heavens, the angel realm must be getting worried for you mother, and have a good day and night there." Marrow's mother told her ghost mother, Marrow won't know her grandmother, who was the same mare that was pronounced dead by Scorn, at least she survived the fire like everyone else did before she passed, must've been happy.

     Didn't take long for Solstice to fall asleep. Most nights she stayed up while everyone else slept, at least for a little while, but she slept easier now. Got more sleep even when she stayed up. Dra didn't haunt her like he used too. Sure she wouldn't be the same, but something seemed different now. Solstice still greatly feared Dra..just in a different way. Either way she slept peacefully..especially now that Nysa was found.

      Though she felt a odd presence in her sleep, but she ignored it. Solstice couldn't bring herself to wake up, but she did have her head on top of Orion's back like normal. Nysa was just as asleep as her mother and father was..well the whole herd even, but she was happy to be able to sleep right there with her parents. She wasn't going to run well walk off like that again. At least not for a long while.

      That morning, Solstice seemed to be the one that woke first. At least for the three of them, but she still rested her eyes some. At least for a few more minutes. Solstice eventually looked around as the sun was coming up before she looked at Nysa beside her still deeply asleep. She let them both sleep. Especially Nysa. Solstice knew she needed it, and so she let her sleep as long as she needed.

     Solstice did carefully get up though making sure she didn't wake the two before she flew off. She flew to her home Isle. She just needed to spend a moment there. Life was returning, but it was still a long while until they could all go home. Instead Solstice just visited the Isle even her statue. Only for a short while before she went back to the herd. Nysa woke up shortly after Solstice returned.

     Solstice nuzzled her as she woke, "Good to see you slept well last night." Solstice said quietly as she smiled. Though she seemed to be thinking about something. "Nysa I want to talk to you, but your not in trouble and I'm not mad, okay?" she said as Nysa nervously and tiredly nodded, "Alright..now let's wait for your father to wake up...or better yet you can wake him up." she smiled as Nysa perked up getting excited.

Eclipsetess was awake but she continued sleeping as most of the herd still slept, even some of the standing horses continued to sleep, everyone was tired from searching for Nysa, so it was understandable that everyone wanted to sleep some more before officially waking up.

But Marrow was up as her mother was laying down beside her, it was weird for Marrow but standing up for so long when sleeping does get aching, but Marrow's mother shortly woke up after she realied that Marrow was up even before Eclipsetess but Minette was awake as she was just grazing happily.

"Marrow I gotta talk with your friend's lead stallion, so I won't be in my normal spot until I update him on something, I do recognise that mare that came to my "dream", so I gotta let him know. Alright?" Marrow's mother asked Marrow, Marrow nodded and ran off to Minette before looking at Nysa as she smiled.

Minette looked up and towards Marrow as they were just chilling, though Minette watched that Eclipsetess slowly got up before laying back down, Minette huffed before trotting over to her mother and headbutting Eclipsetess playfully, Marrow just watched as she joined in as Eclipsetess got up but wobbled since she was still tired from the search last night.

"I'm up Minette, I'm up.." Eclipsetess groggily said, she was tired but Minette kept headbutting Eclipsetess until she laughed and Eclipsetess did laugh as she was up but she left Solstice and Nysa alone for her to whatever the two wanted to do.

"Why not take the time off from training? I did hear that Faith was opening the courses at tomorrow morning, and everyone can watch you have fun as Nysa can also take notes whenever- she'll have wings, or ever.. But wings do come late for a late bloomer, but.. Genetics wise: I don't think she'll sprout wings anytime soon until she comes running to me for wings." Eclipsetess whispered to Minette but Marrow joined the conversation as Marrow giggled on accident.

"But if she does sprout wings out of nowhere- then she's a true demi-god, even though the term is used a lot now.. But no one can help it if they spot a goddess and a normal horse and their foal, but its good that some horses are indentified by that, because you can get respect out of it from random horses to our own herd. Which sounds fun, but we all respect each other anyways." Eclipsetess spoke to Marrow and Minette again, though the two just listened until Eclipsetess was done speaking.

     Nysa got excited and smiled as she wagged her tail. She kept quiet though. Solstice smiled knowing Orion was going to go after her later, but sometimes you just gotta have fun. Nysa carefully and quickly stepped over to her father before she just jumped up on him in a way. She giggled as she was on top of Orion. Solstice giggled as well as she walked over nuzzling Orion.

     Orion was sleeping soundly until Nysa jumped up onto him as was startled awake, "What the-" Orion looked around before he realized Nysa was on top of him. Then he looked over at Solstice as she stepped over, "This was your doing wasn't it?" Solstice only smiled more and nodded, "What am I going to do with you two?" he said giving Solstice a bit of a look, "So you want to tell me why you had her wake me up?" he asked knowing something was going on..especially for it being a bit early in the morning.

     Solstice only smiled as she sat down, "To talk." she said ignoring the look Orion gave her. Though Solstice just looked at Nysa once she got off of her father, "About yesterday in a way I guess..." Nysa just looked down a bit, "You aren't in trouble..just listen Nysa. Remember what I told you about my necklace?" she asked as Nysa nodded slightly, "For some reason you aren't like me and your grandmother when it comes to depending on a necklace for something, but it's a good thing really."

     "Relying on this necklace makes me different then most in other ways, but it's a good thing you don't. It's too much for a filly to be rely on something like that when I had to, but we didn't know it then about what it had done to me. A-anyways.." Solstice paused before she summoned a necklace. Her mother's necklace. Nysa looked at it curiously, but Solstice seemed to sadden a bit as she looked at it. Orion asked if it was too soon for it, but Solstice only hushed him.

     "This was my mother's Nysa...your grandmother's. She never took it off. I wore it since I was a few days old until I couldn't wear it anymore. I have to wear the one I have now, but after yesterday I think I should keep the tradition going." Solstice said as she smiled softly and carefully put it on Nysa, "It will protect you. The more magic you learn the more it will help you and your magic. Protect it Nysa. It's been in the family for generations. I'm trusting you with it Nysa. It's the only thing I have left of my mother. I don't even know the sound of her voice."

     Nysa listened carefully and she looked at the necklace curiously when Solstice summoned it, but she was curious on how it appeared out of no where. Though Nysa watched it carefully when her mom put it around her neck. "I will mom! I'll take good care of it! I promise!" she said excitedly before Solstice brought her into a hug before Nysa ran over to Marrow and Minette, "Guys! Look what my mom gave me!" she said excitedly. Solstice only smiled and giggled watching her before she looked at Orion.

"Oh that's such a cute necklace!" Minette said, Marrow agreed but they just hugged Nysa as she was much more adorable then ever with the necklace on, Minette even used her hoof to inspect the gem that was attached to the rest of the necklace. Marrow just nuzzled on Nysa as she was adorable.

"Your so adorable with the necklace on! I'm so jealous!" Marrow exclaimed a bit, she then put Nysa back down as Minette was done inspecting the gem, Marrow then began playing with Nysa as Minette giggled before joining in but both looked at Nysa instead of each other.

"Wanna do friendly tussles? It's like what Silhouette and Roulette do, almost the entire time, except its more of wresting since they have more fun, but tussles are like wrestling except you aren't going to be brought down by your foe, nope but tussling is just hugging- basically, except you get to push your rival. Marrow and I used to do it a couple times, so we wanted to teach you how to tussle." Minette said, she stood up as Marrow giggled with the excitment showing as she also wanted to teach Nysa how to tussle.

"We'll be gentle with you Nysa, but we can't guarantee that you'll be having more fun, you'll get caught up in the excitment anyways, so we wanted to show you how to tussle, you might be really great at tussling!" Marrow added on, she was happy but excited- still.


Though Eclipsetess was reading one of her books, but she was out in the open, though everyone and anyone was interested in what she was reading, but it plain to see that she was reading up on gems and gem-like necklaces, Eclipsetess was just reading as usual.

But as she finished the book she summoned a wood piece form a tree as she opened the book once more, and this time, she wrote down what was in the book and even seemed interested in the page she was reading about, but she did look over as Minette and Marrow as they were playing with Nysa, well tussling but very gently with Nysa.

"Hm, foals.." Eclipsetess whispered, she then continued writing down the book's page she was on until she was satisfied and closed the book as she summoned it back to its bookshelf in the small cave.

"Alright I just need to get a gem and attach it to a lace, and see what happens after that." Eclipsetess said, she got up and started walking to the market as life was growing once more, but a lot of horses weren't as busy as it seemed, since some guards were dotted here and there- weird.

But Eclipsetess was focused on a gem and a lace to attach the gem on, and Eclipsetess ignored the guards as they paid no mind to her, though Eclipsetess stopped at the gem maker's stall and give her a gem she picked out, then Eclipsetess walked around until she found herself in front of a lacer's sell stall.

     Nysa just smiled happily, "It was my grandmother's...at least that's what my mom said. She said she used to wear it, but refused to tell me why she doesn't wear it anymore." she said a bit curious on that part, but she just looked at the necklace. Though she was happy and excited. Solstice smiled as she watched the three of them for a moment before she spent some time Orion.

     Though Nysa smiled happily as they started playing with her a bit before they stopped and looked at her. "Okay!" she said excitedly as she reared up a bit. She seemed back to her normal self after a good night's rest. Nysa just played with the both of them having fun even if the herd was still waking up. Though maybe she was starting to get a tad bit curious of all the secrets her mother had been keeping from her.

     Orion looked at the fillies before he looked at Solstice, "Are you sure you made the right choice giving that to her? It's not just a necklace Solstice. You sure she can keep it safe?" he asked a bit skeptical of her decision, "You didn't think to talk to me about it either." he said unsure if Nysa was ready for it. Solstice just looked at him pinning her ears slightly. Orion knew she might have gotten a bit mad, but he didn't really care.

     Solstice just looked at him, "You know my brother gave me that necklace when I was a few days old. Right now it's a necklace for her. When she learns magic that will change, but after last night...yes I'm sure." she said before she got up, "I didn't think I would have to talk to you about it. It's a family tradition. That necklace will keep her safe. You know that." Solstice said before she walked off a bit noticing Eclipsetess head to the marketplace.

Minette started trotting around Nysa as Marrow was just playing with Minette, though Minette was having fun as usual, but she did stop when she saw her mother coming back from wherever she was, which Minette wasn't paying attention when her mother left.

"Hey what's she holding?" Minette asked, Marrow looked in Minette's direction as she held Nysa in her hooves, mostly because she and Nysa were tussling while Minette was trotting around them with happiness.

"It looks like a handmade necklace." Marrow replied, Marrow then let go of Nysa and walked over and next to Minette since she was curious, just like Minette!

"A necklace?! Who did she make it for?!" Minette asked directly in Marrow's face, "Well she couldn't have made it for Nysa, she already has one, and I'm not in your herd, so its not for me. But you do have other herd members, so the necklace could be for anyone." Marrow explained, she then noticed that Eclipsetess was then walking in Minette's direction.

"Well it must be for me, even though I have LOTS of bracelets when she bought them for me, mostly because I was still young back then- well now really.. But I already have enough jewelry, I just don't wear it as much as I used too." Minette giggled, Marrow smiled gently before she noticed Blizzard was trying to play with King.

"Oh I have to go, see you Minette and I hope to play with you again Nysa!" Marrow said her byes sweetly before running off to King and Blizzard, Minette then focused back on her mother as Minette then looked at Nysa and nudged her a tiny bit as she wanted to keep playing.
