Fantasy Horse RP

" If you go Elijah.... you may  never ever see me again. Even if you are pleading for help.... I wont ever come back once I find a permanent home for me and my herd. So I suggest you think about my offer I am about to offer you."

She sighed as she spoke " stay in my herd and be under my protection no matter where I decide to move. " Then said " You have two days to decide  after that... I will be gone"

Elijah
    He stopped, "I don't need help I just need answers. I've survived on my own, is there a reason I need protecting?" he said after turning back around. "Your herd would regret me, you saw how scared they were. Plus your all pegasi, I'm a unicorn." he said unsure about all of this.
     He was quite unsure about all of this. Elijah wasn't sure about all of this. "I-idk..." he said. All he's ever known was being a loner. He'd never even thought about being with a herd, let alone being the only stallion.

(sorry for how long this took. I just got to my mom's)

“Like I said… I will help you if I knew what I could do. But its  you who has to come when you need help or answers. I survived without my mate for two years and I miss him greatly… “ she sighed as her mind filled with the wonderful memories the two shared before he died."

Her attention then went back to the stallion “ You could be a great asset to my herd, and even though they are afraid of you, they will learn to get used to have a stallion of great worth in their midst. So I suggest you think about my offer”

Elijah
     He said nothing turning back around. How was he supposed to know if this was a trick being played on him, or if he could even trust her? Elijah walked back to the only place he knew which took the rest of the day. The stallion stopped by the river, and took a long and cold drink. What was he supposed to do? He didn't know, but he had a couple days to decide. Elijah walked to the cave, and entered laying down and taking a rest. 
     He didn't do much the next day, and only went outside for a drink. Soon enough the second day arrived. Elijah had slept in later than usual, and when he woke up, it had taken him awhile to realize the time. He got up, and galloped out of the cave, but slid to a stop. What direction was it again? He forgot, but picked a way, and galloped hoping it was the right one. Sure enough it was, but by the time he had gotten there, the herd had already left.

I have school today, so I it might take me a bit to respond.

They left not too long after when Elijah arrived. But that was how she wanted it. The  longer she was a way from him, the better. But he would find them again soon. " That poor stallion" she  mumbled to herself " has a lot going on in his life and I want to help him... but I cant interfere just yet. "
She walked slightly awayf romt he herd to get her favorite sweet grass and wild peaches that  had fallen the night before.
Her wings were spread al the way, to let the sun warm them. Her son wasnt too far  behind and did the same thing with his wings   momma.... any sign of that  weird stallion?

" Im afraid not my child. But Im sure he will come round when he is ready"

Elijah
    He sighed, and decided to have a look around. Perhaps they were still nearby? The stallion walked around the meadow, but there wasn't any sign of them. Elijah looked up at the sun and sighed. "I was a fool. She just played me with my own game." he snorted. He was going to head back, but had no energy to start heading back. "I'll just return after dawn. This place isn't that bad," he said looking around for some source of food. 
     What the stallion didn't know was that the herd was still nearby. Though at this point, he just needed something to eat, and forgot about the herd and the mare. Elijah had found some berries, and examined them using a little bit of magic. Though he honestly didn't use magic much, not wanting to cause what happened last time. He wasn't that bad, he just acted like he was to protect everyone.

 
StarDust  never left the stallions thought or voice from her mind. It seemed to ease her a little bit. Knowing that he was thinking about her offer. But time was running out and she would really be gone for good.   If he doesn’t decide… there will no no one to help him.
She  then walked off, leaving  her herd to be on their own for a bit as she  continued to look fro the peaches and sweet grass   Elijah… you know I have a tight schedule… and I don’t want to rush things… but there wont be a single horse when I really do have to leave. Myself and my herd are all that there is here.

Elijah
     The stallion looked up after eating a few berries. “I thought you had left already. Where are you?” he said looking around for the mare. Why does she keep thinking I need help? He thought while looking around. Elijah was unsure why he came, but something was telling him it was for the better good. To think that only a few days ago, he was a ruthless stallion on his own. He didn’t even know who he was now, well he never did honestly, but she had changed him somehow. The stallion kept looking around now knowing that the herd was still nearby. Within a few minutes he found her, “Something was telling me I should-“ he paused still quite unsure about all of this, but he finished, “accept your offer…”

It’s not perfect cause I’m on mobile lol 

StarDust lifted her head at his voice and smiled " ahhh the decision has been made, has it?"  Good she thought as she walked closer to the stallion and leaned her head towards him. But not enough to touch him. She knew it wast the time to  do a rash thing. Her wings spread out once again, her body glowing " You are part of my herd for as long as you live, Elijah. " she began " And even when the others  stare or run off, do not think of it as  frieght... but of courage and bravery. They haven't seen or been close to a stallion since mine died two years prior and they will come to know you and at some point, talk to you. But that will come when it allows"

She then, for the first time, looked into his eyes " Come... I will introduce you to the herd"

( I wont name them all of course lol but maybe 2 or three But.... I may or may not add the 10 in my character sheet when I have the free time lol )

Elijah
     He was a bit unsure when she got closer than usual, as he had never been this close to anyone in well ever. The mare had won he'd admit it, and he'd hate to admit it aloud. Elijah was still unsure about all of this, but it was too late now. When she looked into his eyes, he looked into hers. He felt different like he was trusted, but he never knew what this had felt like until now. He had followed her back to the herd, and knew he was leaving the only thing he knew forever. Elijah stopped, and looked back. Not far away was everything he knew, the only things he knew, and he was leaving it. The river, the cave, the trees, everything. 
     This better be worth it he thought moving on. "A-are you sure you don't know anything?" he asked before approaching the herd. If she knew his name, then she had to know something else, right? 

" I know all things, Elijah" the Queen said as she stood beside him and  whinnied  at her herd. When they looked up then  just stood there like she was crazy, but they refused to sayanything or be forced to leave. With just a twitch of a  wing.

"  May I have the greatest pleasure to introduce to you, Elijah. " SHe began. A little orry began to build in her voice and her  straight stature. She wouldnt even hold her wings out the full length.

three brave members came forward. Jasmine, Ariena, and Pepper..
" Welcome to the herd, Eljiah. " the  teenager  pegasi said, lowering her head as a welcome. The others followed suit and then looked at their Queen " What is he doing here, though, Your Majesty.... he's a stallion and I thought you said that you would never find another stallion other than Bronwyn."  Ariena said focusing her head to the Queen.

" I know I said that.... but times have changed and I am ready to move on. Plus, Bronwyn told me that  when I have forgotten him fully... then and only then will I have a chance to find another. Now... be quiet"

Elijah
     "Then why don't you tell me what I need to know?" he asked, but stopped talking as they approached the herd. He stopped a bit short seeing the herd's reaction. "H-hey," he said a bit uncomfortable. This a big, no a huge change for him, and it would take a lot to get used to. Plus he was the only unicorn, that rarely uses magic. Elijah looked at Star a bit unsure about what to do, or say.
     When he heard what the young pegasus said, he did rather deserve it. He'd spent his whole life playing tricks and games on everyone he sees, but no one ever knew why. He wasn't a bad guy, he just pretended as though he was to protect everyone he came across...from him. Elijah sighed. 

“  One day you will know, Elijah… right now you need to rest and eat. And most of all… mingle with the others.  You may not want to, but it will be easier as you get to know the other mares. But if you do have questions…. Don’t hesitate to come  to me. Im always available day or night to talk to. But if Im not…. My father  should be able to help you out. “
She gave him a warm smile.  I cant keep hiding the truth from him, father… he has to know or I’ll scare him off… you need to help the best you can. He could be the one I have been searching for ever since Bronywyn died. And I just don’t know it yet… nor does he for that matter. Be strong in what you feel, child. Trust yourself  Her father said to her in her mind  Im doing the best I can father. I just hope I don’t mess up like I did a long time ago and destroy the trust of my herd. They already dislike Elijah and Im not giving up on his or the herd just because of some hatred.

Elijah
     He sighed, "Alright fine" he said. She may have changed him in a way, but he could still be stubborn. Elijah walked to what had seemed to be a good area to graze on, and it still gave him a bit of privacy. Though he knew some of the herd members were staring at him. The stallion didn't really mind, so he just grazed peacefully. After awhile, he looked up back towards his old home. 
     Although it wasn't much, it was the only place he knew. He looked over at the herd, and knew it'd be awhile til he was trusted. The stallion laid down, and just watched what I herd did. Elijah just didn't know what being in a herd was like, and what a herd did.

StarDust watched him walk off. She wanted to her greatest desire to walk to him and keep him company. But she held the urge to run to him. “ I will do everything I can to answer the questions you have…. Bu not promises on what the future holds. For both of us, Elijah” she said quietly to herself as she grazed with her herd.
 
Her son on the other hand, was unknowingly close to Eliah and didn’t know anything about the stallion. Not even what he could do.  If he wasn’t careful, he could get hurt or killed. But Pepper, and Ariena where watching him carefully and when he got way too close to the stallion the rushed over nipping at the stallion and pushed Asher back “ what do you think your doing, Asher? “ Ariena snorted “ go back to your mother and  play elsewhere. The new member needs his space.”
Pepper didn’t even eat a piece of grass. All she did was look at the stallion. And when Ariena and Asher were out of earshot, she spoke “ Im so sorry about my Queen’s son… he gets carried away when there are butterflies and bugs around. “   There is something magical about him I want to know more about… but it would mean punishment is my Queen found out she told herself

( the ten herd members minus Elijah are on my character sheet I will work on their descriptions later when i have the free time so keep a look out for that.)
