[color=purple]I've always been overweight (~twelve was when it got noticeably abnormal). Anyway I've been struggling with my weight since then. Two summers ago I lost a lot of weight, and was about 3 pounds from going under the 200 pound range. However some things happened and I went off the diet deep-end. Now I'm at my heaviest weight ever and I need to make some changes. Anyway I'd love to have some support from my EV friends. :) Also thought I'd throw in there that I am an absolute sugar addict (I love candy so much) and that I do have a restricted diet due to a gluten intolerance.

My stats:
5'11" tall.
250 lbs.

My Goal:
175 lbs.

wahh, I went angry grocery shopping and I have a ton of unnecessary snacks now :(

water: I've had about 100 oz over the past couple days...idk how many cups that is and what our definition of cups is

I've had a bunch of glasses of water today, but I dunno how many cups/ounces each glass contains . . . maybe 2-3 cups each? So I've probably had 8-12 cups in all. I've been feeling dehydrated today for some reason.

It sounds like everyone is doing well!!!

But Losteh brought up a good point, do any of y'all have a Fitbit? It'd be awesome to add those who do as FitBit friends and do challenges and whatnot together. :)

I did my yoga today so woohoo! I almost did the beginner level cause I feared I might have slipped backwards during my vacation, but I decided to do the intermediate level instead and I'm glad I did. There were moments where it was a bit tough, but I got through all of it very successfully. That says to me that I didn't slide back much if at all, and I'm glad of that.

Water intake update: 7 1/2 cups for today. Little exercise except for walking, running, climbing stairs, all over school. Wanted to try to run today but it started snowing.. crazy weather
