Rulers of the Savanna pt. 2 RP

Star purred. He opened his mouth, and let it come out slowly. "May I take you as my mate?" He liked her head. "My precious Alina."

Cinna nodded. "I do." She cocked her head. "Wait, Herex?" She asked. "My great grandpapi, Ace, knew him!"

For a few minutes she remained silent, just nuzzling his cheeks and licking his muzzle. She moved her mouth to his ear, and answered "If you have my mother's blessing...then yes. Yes, I will be your mate." Alina purred while continuouesly nuzzling his face, she couldn't believe she had found a mate, and so soon. But she could now honestly say she loved him, and that was all that mattered.

Star wrapped his wings around her, and placed his head on her shoulder. He purred so hard it wracked his body. "I love you." He cried. "Let's go find your mother." He told her and licked her ear.

"ACE?! You are related to the best friend of King Herex?!" Astrid squeaked out with a shocked look on her face. This was a new development, for it meant that Sky must've had a sibling that he either didn't know about, or didn't want anyone to know about. She then said something in a growling language that Cinna wouldn't know, the lionesses all surrounded her, and they began to escort Cinna to the Great Rock firmly.

Alina smiled and nodded, gently crawling out of his grasp and standing up. She turned her head, waiting for him to stand before she lead the way. "And I adore you." she whispered with a smile, turning her head back to the exit of the den.

"Um, yes..." Cinna replied. She let out a squeak when the lionesses surrounded her, but she kept moving along with them. "Am I important or something? I'm just an ordinary lioness with a bit of leopard genes." She told them.

Star smiled and stood. "I adore you too." He nuzzled her. As they walked out, he placed a wing upon her back, grinning at her with tears in his eyes.

"Are you alright??" she asked in a worried tone, looking at him and gently wiping away the small tears with her paw. Alina licked his cheek, hoping to comfort him if he wasn't feeling well. His wing resting her back felt so relaxing, like part of him was connected to her. And if this 'bond' was broken she would surely die, Alina did not know why it felt like this.

"Because your family is here. Ace and Ginger's great grandchildren, your cousins. I just think you ought to meet them before you decided whether you want to stay or leave." Astrid said with a smile, beginning to pick up the pace to a fast trot, and they arrived at the Great Rock in no time. The first thing the lionesses did was deposit the wildebeest in front of another group of lionesses who were waiting for them, they then immediately began to skin the wildebeest carcasses, while the huntresses went to go clean themselves up, leading Cinna, and all jumped into the pool. It was able to flow out, so it self-cleansed itself by letting out the old water, and bringing new water in via the waterfall. The lionesses went to the rocks, took out the glass bottles filled with delicious smelling bathing oils, and cleaned themselves up nicely. Whisper and Storm Fly didn't want to take a bath, but their mother pushed them in, and they swam over to the rocks to get some of their mother's oil. Astrid jumped in but didn't swim over right away. "Come on in Cinna! The water feels great and the oil is a type of soap made up by our healer, Areli. There are ten different scents you can choose from, but all serve the same purpose; cleans up the dirt, sweat, any pests, and blood from our fur, makes us smell good, and makes us feel good too."

Star licked her nose, "No, no, I'm fine" He promised. "I'm happy. They're tears of joy."

Cinna cocked her head. "What?!" Confused, she followed the lionesses into the pool. "Oooh," she moaned. "This feels good!" She swam over to the rocks and picked out a vile that smelled of cinnamon and vanilla. She rubbed some over herself and then dove into the water.


(Star, Assassin, Julie, and Orbit are grandchildren of them, not great grandkids.)

(Sorry, I had to take a shower.)

Alina let out a sigh of relief, and returned the lick. "I'm glad I can make you happy, and I hope to make you even happier." she grinned, burying her face into his short mane and nuzzling his neck. She purred as she loved on him, nuzzling his entire head and licking him as well.

Star smiled. "I know you will, Alina." He rubbed his face onto hers. "Let's find your mother." He picked up the pace, playfully slapping her rear with his tail.

(Heres a drawing of Star and his siblings except Orbit. And it shows height differences. Also, I meant for Star's toes to be cream, but I got caught up in drawing. :P)

Alina shoved him playfully, 'scolding' him for slapping her. "You naughty lion." she laughed, pushing her shoulder against him gently. She rested her head back against his mane, nuzzling his chin, but made sure to keep up the pace.

Star snorted playfully, and flicked her nose with her thick tail. He raced off a few paces ahead of her, bouncing along.

Alina decided to let him stay in front, trotting behind him and taking her time. She liked to see him excited, it made her feel warm inside. A thought came to her mind, would she even be able to have cubs?

Star looked back after Alina didn't keep up. "Is there something wrong, babe?" He asked, concerned. He slackened his pace so she could catch up.
