[ADDED] Silver art changes (mockups included)

What I can try to do on the legs for the bay silver is add the same kind of cream tint, that will make it look less white/lightened. That should remove the overlay look.

I definitely see what you mean about the black silver, Mapes, it's way darker than the black. I can change the tone of the brownish layer to not be quite so dark. 

Edit: new images in the first post. Silver is present on the legs but I reduced it to look more natural (it's one of defining parts of silver on bays so I won't remove it entirely). The silver black is not so dark and has about the same contrast as normal black now, cause I lightened the brown layer. 

I guessed that the Zz bay silver would just look more washed out than the ZZ bay silver, but if anyone has any suggestion on how to further change it I'm open to that.

I like the more creamy tail on the bay version, and it fits ok for the Zz on black, but it looks really off to me for ZZ black, too bright a yellow. Is it possible to mute it more to a cool cream and brighten the ends? Something more like this

I can neutralize it a bit, sure. I just want to keep a hint of the cream color in so it doesn't start to look just like flaxen (even though in reality flaxen and silver can be confused for our sanity making it look different would be best).

The current set of mock-ups in the first post now all look spot on. They're accurate representations of silver, and utterly gorgeous to boot. This suggestion now has my full support.

Personally, I've always loved the milk chocolate brown colored body with the caramel cream-colored mane and tail:: Like this. I mean, obviously you can't make a silver variation for every single instance, but I thought I'd just throw that out there. I'm probably the only one that even loves this look. LOL
