*Transfer EVD from bank account rather than hand

I couldn't find if this has already been suggested before..
But it'd be awesome if we could transfer EVD directly from our bank account, rather than having to have the EVD on hand first. I ALWAYS forget to put money in hand so I always have to re-enter the form twice when sending XD Unless there is a reason that this has always been like this that I am missing!
It's really no different than in rl like, sending real money through online banking or going to a bank to transfer money without actually taking money out.

This would be super helpful! Sometimes when I go to transfer money I forget the person's ID number since I'm too busy remembering how much money I'm to take out.

Maybe putting an option to take out of hand or out of bank when trying to transfer money to other players? Idk
