Austin nodded and grabbed his literature textbooks. He grabbed a folder and a few pencils abd shut the locker. He waited quietly as she gathered her materials.

Brooklyn

Brook folded her arms and rested her head. She stayed very quiet. What her ex had said about her mother, and about her relationships had really made her think. She was also embarrassed because of the situation. She realized that she was small. She really couldn't stand up to her ex. Or to her mother, for that matter. She raised her head and looked around. She noticed people staring and whispering. She just laid her head back down till the teacher arrived and began her introductionsm

Skyler
Skyler grabbed her things icky and slammed her locker shut. She pushed her light hair behind her ear and walked beside him. " so.." She said, not knowing what to say. She looked around nervously as they approached some stairs and climbed slowly.

Lee
Lee watched the teacher silently. He looked at Brook from the corner of his eye and frowned sadly as he saw her face. " hey" he said as he placed his hand careful,my on hers. He looked at her softly and continued " I'm sure this is nothing compared to what has happened." He said as he rubbed his thumb on the back of her hand

Austin

Austin stepped aside so she could go up the stairs. Once she started walking up, he followed. What's your favorite subject? he asked. He carried his books with one arm, the other hand in his pocket.

Brook

Brook sat there as a single tear slid down her face, falling not the desk. She jumped a little when he laid his hand on hers. Brook hadn't felt a kind hand since her father died. She wiped her nose on her sleeve and wiped her eyes. Brook felt like an idiot. She sniffled and sat up.

( sorry if I do t respond for a while or at all for a bit. I'm filtering to my fiend about some family issues, so I'm a bit shaky)

Skyler
Skyler smiled as she dodged passing people. " oh that's easy! Language, I'm very good at it" she turned her head and smiled at him " you?" She asked playfully lifting her eyebrows as she walked.

Lee
Lees face fell as he saw the tears. " oh Brook I didn't mean too upset you!" He said felling terrible about himself. He looked forward and softly smiled as he studied his desk.

Austin

Austin smiled. Science. He replied. Austin had always exceeded on science. Plus, he like hands on subjects that kept his attention. He sighed as they kept walking to class. He was happy to have company.

Brooklyn

Brook just shook her head. She stood up and walked out of the class. She glanced to the teacher, whowas a n old family friend, as she walked to the door. The teacher just nodded. Brook opened the door and walked into the hall. She walked down the left hallway a bit and stopped. She turned her back to the wall and leaned on it. She slowly slid to the gground and hugged her knees to her chest. She rested her chin on her knees and sar for a a bit. She just needed to calm down and collect herself.

Skyler
Skyler nodded " yeah" she said reading his face. he reached the top of the stairs finally. Her knees burned as she stood waiting for him. She smiled at him cutely as she gazed down the steps at him.

Lee
Lee felt her move and the warmth from her touch faded. He looked down quietly, not looking to see where she had headed. He didnt want to upset her more. He was interested in Brook, but was curious on why she was so.. so emotional.

Austin

Austin watched as she smiled at him. As he reache dthe top of the stairs he noticed that she still had a cute smile on her face. He started to fan himself with his hand and swooned. So... DREAMY! he said in a girly voice. He leaned against the wall for a few seconds, then laughed. He caught up with her and nipped his shoulder with his playfully.

Brook

Brook still had her chin rested on her knees. She just sat until she was completely fine
She didn't want to risk another meltdown in class.

Skyler
Skyler giggled as she watched him " shut up prince charming" she said as she playfully pushed his shoulder. She giggled at him as she studied his face.

Lee
Lee sat threw class lonely as he thought of Brook and his own problems.

Austin

Austin just laughed and kept walking. He sensed her studying him. He glanced over at her, not turning his face, just his eyes. He grinned and glanced around. He noticed that the halls were nearly empty. There was maybe a kid or two in the hall every now and then. He looked to her. Skyler, we're gonna be late. And your slow, so if we continue like we are, we aren't gonna make it. he crouched and motioned for her to jump on his back. Get on. He laughed.

Brook

Brook slowly stood up and walked back to the door. She took another deep breath and quietly opened the door. She walked back to her seat and sat down. She glanced to Lee. Sorry. She mouthed.

Skyler
Skyler giggled and crossed her arms " fine! Good thing this is last period" she said beaming as she hopped onto his strong back. She felt Austin push her legs up so he could walk as she grabbed onto his shoulders lightly. She smiled as a few people chuckled at the scene.

Lee
Lee nodded and smiled slightly. He understood and was happy she was back. He looked from the corner of his eye at her and winced when the teacher spoke even louder to get his attention. He scratched his head and sighed as he wrote down notes.

Austin

Austin pushed her up and began to move ahead in a galloping motion. He took a left and followed that hall for a minute and turned right. Their classroom was on the right.

Brook

She jotted down a few notes in her notebook. She shut it and continued listening to the teacher. She gently tapped her fingers on the desk, not hard enough for anyone to hear.

Skyler
Skyler giggled as she bounced down the hall on his back. They reached the room and she leaned over and opened the door. She grinned as they walked into the room. People stared at them as she hoped from his back.

Lee
Lee sat quietly as he closed his eyes and listened to the lecture. He rubbed his face and yawned as the class continued.
