Private RP | Bopper and Birdie

Austin caught up with the girl and walked alongside her. He sm iled and walked down to his locker. He grabbed all of his things and tossed the in his backpack. He slung the bag over his shoulder and slammed the bright red locker. He then took long strides back to Skyler.

Brook spun in the chair at the front of the office. Today had been a mighty slow day and it was killing her. So, for the time being, all she could do was sit and wait.

Skyler stuffed her things into her locker and grabbed her bag. She quickly pulled out her phone to check for texts as Austin appeared. She smiled at him as hey began to walk out to the parking lot. " hey I was thinking.." She started " maybe we can get something to eat later today?" She asked as she looked around awkwardly. She didn't want him to think it was a date but she wanted to get to k ow him more.

Lee grabbed some snacks as he retreated back to his cave. His mother then popped in saying " hey sweetly, how about we go out to dinner tonight?" She asked as she smiled sweetly. Lee turned the poisoned way and pretended to not feel well. " not tonight mom" he said as he held his stomach. Soon she nodded and stepped out of the room

Brook checked her phone as it buzzed on the counter. She turned it on and a text notification popped up. She tapped the message. "Hey. How does dinner at O'Neills sound?" Read the message from her mother. Brook sighed. She didn't want to go out to dinner, but it beat sitting around at home alone. "K, mom." She typed and sent the message.

Austin gagged. "As if! You think I'd go somewhere with a loser like you. I don't think so." He looked at her with fake disgust, before laughing. "Nah. Jus' Kiddin'. That sounds awesome." He nudged her shoulder with his.

Skyler giggled as a tinge of panic that appeared washed away. " great, where do you want to go?" she asked as she smiled sweetly at him and punched his big muscled arm. Her long auburn hair floated over her shoulder as she swept it away and pulled on her jean shorts so they wouldn't appear so darn short.

Lee shook his head to himself as he watched his tv silently. he shoveled in a pile of pretzels before opening his english textbook to copy down some vocab. He hated using textbooks for school so soon he grew bored and got up, fixed his messy hair, and went out to his car. His mother read in the living room as he snuck past her and headed out to a restaurant by himself.

"Eh. I really don't care where we go. What are you craving?" He glanced at her. He pulled his backpack strap higher on his shoulder so it wouldn't slip.

An hour later, Brook's shift ended. She grabbed her things and headed for the door. her phone vibrated in her pocket. She pulled it out and checked it. " Hey, Sweetie. I'm not gonna make dinner tonight. You go ahead, and bring me something back. ;)"
Brook smiled. "K. I'll bring you something. See you later." She walked out the back door and yelled bye. She climbed into her car and headed toward o'Neills.

Skyler shrugged " maybe Chinese?" she asked as she shuffled her feet as they approached their cars. She pulled out her keys and unlocked her blue Hyundai Elantra. She looked over to Austin as she began to open her door and throw in her bag.

Lee thought of al the places to eat at. o'Neills has always been his favorite so he decided to go there. He turned his silver truck onto a busy street as he spotted the restaurant up ahead. he quickly pulled in,got out, and reserved himself a seat. He waited patiently to be seated as the hum of the night air, smell of food, and chatter of people drifted around him.

Brook had been relieved that her mother had cancelled. She didn't want to be around that woman longer than she had to be. She shifted in her seat as she scanned the menu. She set it down and pulled out her phone as she waited for the waitress.

"Sounds good." He replied. "Wanna ride with me? He tossed his bag and books in his truck.

Skyler nodded " sounds great" she said as she locked her car and pulled out her phone. She quickly texted her mom that she is keeping her car at school tonight and getting dropped off by a friend after dinner. Skyler jogged to the other side of Austins truck and jumped in. Her teal some what 'belly' shirt swayed as she walked. She smoothed down her long curled hair as she buckled up and pulled out her phone as someone had snap chatted her.

Lee sat in his chair once seated and scanned the menu. He figured out what he wanted in a snap and looked around the room slowly. He widened his eyes as he saw Brook. He waved frantically to get her attention, making a fool of himself.

Brook glanced up to see a boy waving. She examined his face before realizing who it was. She smiled. She stood up as she made her way to his table. " Hey, Lee. " She leaned against the table.

Austin started the truck after he had buckled his seat belt and tossed his stuff in the back.

Lee grinned " hey sorry if I'm interrupting anything..." He trailed off as he looked at the empty table. He ruffled his blonde hair as he looked up at her. She looked very nice in the restruraunts dim lighting.

Mia sat quietly as she made faces at her phone, sending a snap with a cute deer filter in it to her friend Claire.

"Nah. How was school for you?" She asked, tucking a piece of her long hair behind her ear. She smiled sheepishly.

Austin glanced to Skyler. He smiled slightly as she snapped pictures. He drove silently down the road, as they came closer to the restroom.

Lee chuckled " good, so I think you said something about work earlier today. Where exactly do you work if you don't mind me ask g" he said politely as a server brought him his food. He began to eat small forkfuls of it as he spoke to her.

Skyler tucked her phone back into her pocket as they arrived. She got out of the truck when they were parked and sniffed the air. " yum!" She said as she ran over to Austin, feeling incredibly bubbly.

Brook

Brook nodded. "I work at the the shelter a few minutes down the road. But it looks like you've got your food. So I'll let you be." She smiled and waved before heading back to her table. Her hips swayed as she walked, the tight denim fitting her shape perfectly. She sat back down at her table as she waited for her food.

Austin

The boy smiled. "Somebody's excited, eh chica?" He teased her. The lanky youth stuffed his hands in his pockets as he made his way towards the large oak doors. He quietly held them open for his female companion before entering.

Lee
Lee nodded as he watched he walk back to her seat. He let out a sigh as he began to pick at his food. This was not how he planned to spend his evening, alone and desperate. But of course he thought of her with each mouthful of spaghetti.

Skyler
The short, fun sized, girl hopped threw the door as she blushed in excitement. " Thank you kind sir!" She boasted as she latched onto his muscluar arm and proceeded to walk him to their table. The waitress asked kindly what they would like to drink and without hesitation Skyler spoke, "Water, please"
