Austin smiled as the girl ordered her beverage. The waitress turned to him for his order. "Pepsi, thanks." He said he closed his menu, already knowimg what he wanted.

Brook's phone buzzed. She checked her texts. A text from Danny sat in her unread messages. She tapped it and scrolled through the message. Her cheeks pulled up into a brilliant smile. Danny, from the football team, had finally asked her out. She and Danny had been frienda for years, and he'd always been a good guy. But all girls liked him. Brook new she had no chance, until now.

The skinny brunet girl smiled sheepishly as she s canned the menu and looked up a few times at her companion. Once she knew what she wanted the waitress reappeared. "I'll have the chicken parmishon angle hair please." Skyler smiled as she looked to Austin and waited for him to order

Lee took a swig of his ice cold drink and whipped his mouth. He finished his meal quickly, stood and looked in Brooks direction. He smiled and waved awkwardly at her as if saying 'see ya at school' and walked out of the warm resturaunt

Austin glanced up at the girl, noticing her gaze. He looked towards the waitress. "I'll have the same." He gave the waitress a smile, before handing her his menu. He sipped his coke as the waitress walls towards the kitchen.

Brook looked up at the boy as he waved. She smiled back at him as he walked out. Ugh. She was so torn. She'd only known Lee for a bit. He'd seen the whole thing with her ex. And how she had a weak spot for her mother. And he'd seen that break down she had outside of class. But even though shed only known him since her Starbucks visit, she felt drawn to him. And all of her baggage didn't seem to scare him, though that could all be a show.

Skyler took a sip of her water and sat quietly. Wanting to get a conversation flowing she thought of what to say. "So what's you family like? If you don't mind me asking" if he gurl smiled as she leaned her head closer, getting ready to listen.

Lee marched out t his car and got in. Reving the engine for some nearby girls he shook his head with a laugh and drove off. Getting home he closed his bedroom door and snuggled up with his dog, Tapanga, who was quite the lover. The large golden retriever licked his cheek and sprawuherself across his chest "tapanga! Oh all right you can stay on the bed" he patted the dog as he watched some tv, his eyes growing heavy.

Brooklyn liked up when she heard the revving of the engine. She saw the boy responsible for it, as well as the girls he was trying to impress. She rolled her eyes. There was her answer. She picked up her phone and told Danny that she would go out with him.

"Well, you know about my brother. But my parents are just normal folks nothing interesting there." He laughed. "What about yours?" He asked, fiddling with the straw in his drink.

Lee fell asleep around seven o clock and never woke up.

Skyler nodded. "Well i live with my mom, my parents divorced when i was fourteen. I also have one older brother named Marcus who is a senior in college." The girl smiled, she had no problem with talking about her personal life.
