"Aye, though some of us is from Ireland," he said. Cherry nodded.

Outlaw
She silently entered and grabbed herself a cup of coffee and plate of food. She sat down and began to eat quickly the little bit of food she had taken, listening to the conversation going on as she did so.

Edelweiss
She re-entered the kitchen after having brought Mr. Tanner his breakfast, and helped herself to a plate of food and a cup of coffee, sitting down next to Outlaw. She shook slightly in a disapproving manner as she saw how little food the sombre cowgirl had taken once again.

George
George strutted through town, scanning the area for one specific person. He entered a store to pick up some bullets. He headed up to the counter and purchased the items. Before he left, he showed the clerk a picture of a young man. "How ya seen this boy 'round  here?" he asked gruffly. The clerk nodded. "Gave him direction to Lightning Bar just the other day. Trying to find him?" "YEAH, I'm tryin' to find him. Where's this Lightnin' Bar place?" "Down the road, sir." George nodded and left.

She swiftly finished her food then stood up and put the dishes into the soapy water the dish tub held. She paused at the door leading outside and turned back to face the dark wooden table and its occupants. "Grab your gear and come out to the corrals once ya'll is done eatin, we're moving cows today." She addressed them, then headed out to the corrals. She patted Spook, checked all the tack again, then rustled up some extra lassos from the old tack shed in case any of the new hands didn't have one. She brought them over to where the horses where tied and began checking to ensure they where still in good shape, her pale blue eyes roaming the surrounding area from under her black hat's low slung brim.

Walt 
Walt finished his breakfast and took his plate over to the washbasin. "Good breakfast," he said.

Edelweiss
"Thank you Walt, glad you enjoyed it!" She chirped cheerfully.
"Yes, thank ye ma'am." Sandy agreed, placing his own empty dishes in the washbasin.
"Of course," she replied, before returning to eating her food. Sandy disappeared into the bunkhouse to grab his gear.

Walt
Walt nodded and tipped his hat to her as he left. He hurried to the bunkhouse, grabbed what he needed, and found Outlaw waiting with horses and supplies. "Morning ma'am."

Outlaw
"Mornin Walt. Don't go using that ma'am stuff on me though. Just my name will do." She informed him, her eyes continuing to search carefully around them. "You need any gear, or you got it all?" She questioned.

Walt
Walt had to stop himself from saying yes ma'am again. "I've got everything but one of those... lassos, you call them?"

Outlaw
She picked up a lasso from the pile of them she had neatly slung over the fence post behind her, and handed it to him. "You know how to use one? We'll just be hazing cattle in closer to the house today, so you shouldn't need to use it, but anything can happen 'round cows. 'Specially longhorns."

Walt
He took the lasso. "I think so. Shouldn't be too different from the shipyard, and we had a couple of American cowboys down at the forges for awhile, so I know the concept."

She nodded slightly. "Good enough. You got a six-gun you can carry? A pistol, that is? You might need it."

Walt
Walt nodded. "Aye - wouldn't go around without one these days. Had our fair share of run-ins on our way over, Cherry and I."

Outlaw
"There's some rough characters, alright. Takes rough folks to tame a rough land like this though." She mused. "How good of a rider are ya, Walt? No harm in whatever your answer is, just don't wanna put you on a horse that's too much for ya."

Walt
Walt thought for a moment. "I'm not the best," he said. "Grew up on moor ponies and the like, little beasts, but other than that I mostly work with them in blacksmithing."
