Gg??

I have three accounts - greedy me!
here's the sequence of events
Have a Gg mare bred to a gg stally - first breeding - Gg foal (good conf but selling) then transferred mare to secondary account
second mating different gg stally also Gg foal (good colour/conf).
what have I done wrong as I thought it was 25% Gg rate
she has either one or two foals left before ageing out
not sure what to do - have a third gg stally 
any ideas? 

Even breeding to gg's there is still a chance all of her foals could be Gg. 

It seems logical it would be more of a 25% chance but it's actually 50% as can be seen with the punnett square, which is a bummer when trying to breed it out xP

Gg x gg = 50% chance of Gg, 50% chance of gg

Breeding her to multiple stallions will not change those odds.  Breeding her to 4 different gg stallions does not give you 100% guarantee of a gg foal. 

The chances are 50-50 for every single breeding. You could end up with 4 gg foals or 4 Gg foals...  
Genetics is a lottery, and even though you can calculate the odds of getting the color you want you also need a little luck :)

There's nothing like crossing your fingers when hitting the 'breed' button. I bred gray out for a few years with some old Dutch Warmbloods, and that was before the wands and whatnot lol
