Cora snorted with humor. "That had nothing to do with therapy. I guess if you wanted to be concerned about it, then you could make it some therapy session, but I'm not looking for attention. Just stating a fact."

Ezhno
Crossed arms, mumbling, looking at the ground, a slight air of sadness. I'm positive that wasn't just a casual remark. "Yeah, okay. What are you guys even doing in an alley? You do realize this isn't exactly the safest place for ridiculous arguments, right?"

Cora
"It's where I live. She invaded it," Cora said, looking up at the sky to try and guess the time.

Ezhno
"This is public property." Ezhno looked at his phone again. "Well, I need to go soon. Try not to kill each other, eh?" 

Cora
"But females kill each other. That's what we do." Cora ignored the first part of his statement.

Ezhno 
"No, not really. Only certain ones do." Ezhno stepped from his spot. He went at an angle so as not to run into Cora and passed beside her. That was relatively interesting. Today hasn't been as boring as usual.

"I'll be a certain one then," Cora said cheerfully.

Ezhno 
He shrugged and continued walking. "Your choice. It's not like yelling at each other will change Auberon's mind on who he likes more."

Kahlen 
Kahlen had been zoning out. There was a weird thing going on somewhere and it was bugging her. "What is that?" she muttered. It's not Mason messing with time again, and it's not a monster, probably has something to do with Ezhno, but I don't know exactly.

Ezhno
He exited the alley and turned down another street. After walking some distance he entered a long, low building. The lady at the desk smiled and nodded at him, to which Ezhno returned with a slight nod. He walked to a small alcove and dug around in a bin for a while. When he was done, he held a small name tag in his hand, which he then clipped to his shirt. Ezhno walked through a couple doors and was met by a very sudden loud sound. Dozens of dogs barked at him from their cages, hoping that maybe he had brought food or toys or maybe even a leash for a walk. Ezhno smiled slightly and walked past all the cages, entering a closet at the end of the aisle. Inside he picked up a bucket and filled it with dog food, resting a scooper on top. Ezhno went through a door at the back of the closet, entering into a narrow hallway behind all the cages that, like the closet, was off limits to everyone but employees and volunteers, of which he fell into the latter category. Ezhno stopped at the first cage and carefully unlocked it. All the dogs on this side had already come to the back of their cages and were barking, prancing, wagging their tails, sitting, or a combination of any of those. Ezhno gently pushed the small dog in the first cage back with the bucket as he stepped in, closing the door behind him. He set the bucket of food down and stooped to pet the little mutt. She leaned into the ear scratches and wagged her tail vigorously. "Hi, Stella. Did you meet any humans that might take you home?" He would have to check the cages when he was done to see who all had been marked with the little slip of paper that meant they were being adopted. Ezhno stood, much to Stella's dismay, and scooped out the appropriate amount of food. He poured it into her food bowl and noted that she would need fresh water as well. He'd have to do a second round after feeding all of them. Ezhno hoped he would have time to take a few out when he was done, but if it took him more than an hour his father would call or text and demand he return home. His father had no idea Ezhno volunteered here, which was for the best. The man was crazy and didn't like dogs, unlike Ezhno, who had found that dogs didn't seem to feel the affects that his eyes had on people.

Auberon
Auberon leaned against fhe doorway and stared at Kahlen. He had vaguely caught a glimps of Ezhno, but didn't both to say much. He and Rayden had (inevitably) gotten into a fight, which somehow resulted in Aub getting a cut across his nose, though he was too tired to fix it.

Kahlen 
Kahlen noticed Auberon and frowned slightly. "Can we go now?"

Auberon
"Yay, I succeeded," Auberon mumbled, smirking slightly. 

Kahlen 
"We also need to stop by my house and grab the car keys. There's something I need to do. That is, if you want to come with."

Auberon
"No where else I'd rather be," Auberon muttered. "Wait- the car- nooooooo."
