oh,, sorry! I looked back and didn't see that rule? could you point it out?

it's not so much of a hard rule and more that it doesn't really count as a design/reference, there is no indication of what the rest of the horse looks like.

i am making a new one - who ever claims it gets both ♥

that's up to you, you don't have to create a base from scratch btw. most people just use free lines and bases since it's faster and you can focus on improving patterns without worrying about anatomy.
