Auberon
Auberon watched her go, then started following her from a distance, stopping in the hallway to look around curiously.

Outlaw
She rubbed her eyes tiredly, then glanced at the clock hanging on the kitchen wall and debated whether she should force herself to eat something. "Probably. But I ain't hungry." She mumbled to herself, drying her hands on the towel hanging by the sink.

Auberon
He eventually continued to go where he had seen Outlaw go, stopping a lot to freak out over absolutely nothing.

Outlaw
She went to the kitchen doorway, where she paused and watched Auberon slowly making his way down the stairs, her face blank as she watched him, still trying to figure out what to do with him.

Auberon
Something spooked him which made him turn into Loco suddenly, falling down the stairs but still managing to not care. He laid his ears back a shrunk down to the ground, looking up at the stairs fearfully before realizing nothing was going to hurt him. 

Outlaw
She pursed her lips slightly watching him tumble down the stairs, then walked over, stopping a short distance from him and waiting for him to notice her.

Loco
Loco jumped to one side, pricking his ears in Outlaw's direction before he realized it was safe again. He sat down and looked at her, trying to hide the obvious fear in his eyes.

Outlaw
"What do I need to do to snap you outta this?" She sighed, running a hand through her hair again.

Loco
Loco dropped his ears again, whimpering quietly and looking back up the stairs before he dog trotted over to Oultaw and sat down by her feet, his body hunched fearfully.

Outlaw
She absently scratched him on the head then walked into the living room, sitting down on the black leather couch and racking her brains for a solution.

Loco
Loco followed her in, looking around again when he entered the room before approaching her and placing his chin on the couch, listening for random (scary) sounds and taking in his surroundings.

Outlaw
She fondled his ears while thinking. "You want me to take you back to Mason's now?" She asked Loco gently.

He looked at her, his eyes glazed over and seemingly not responsive. He didn't fully know what to think, or why he even should think. That was the point of his shifting into a wolf, was it not? An escape, a way to be cared for but without the burden of possibly being hurt. He was strong this way, but he could also get his needs met being in a state that humans had a hard time understanding. Why should he think or respond?
