Auughh... I'm stuck

I'm debating on what breeds to keep and which to get rid of. I currently have 7 breeds and would like to cut that to at least under 4 but I'm really attached to some of mine. I have (in alphabetic order (because why not):
Akhal-Tekes
Andalusians
Chincoteagues
Gypsy Vanners
Quarter Horses
Shetlands
Trakehners
I'm very content with:
Shetlands
Andalusians
Chincoteagues
Gypsy Vanners
Quarter Horses

and I want it 4 or under. I could never in a million years quit breeding:
Shetlands
Andalusians?
Quarter Horses
But I really want to keep 5 and I CAN'T quit 2-3 depending so... I'm stuck. 
I could take up a new breed to get over quitting one! I've been thinking of Arabians. Any Arab breeders out there have any pros/cons of Arabians?
Does anyone have any other suggestions of other good breeds? I don't want to do Minis, Mustangs, Paints, TWHs, or Clydes. 
I know that leaves very few breeds but I'm picky with my horses lol. 


So just let me know what breeds you suggest! I like to breed for color and stats.

Arabs are very pretty, but they only have three colors. (So you may not love on them too much. Tho I personally like colorful horses, better, I still really love my arabs.) To make up for that, they have sabino, double sabino, and look gorgeous when grey. XP

I breed Arabs on my Starry Skies account. They have a pretty steady economy, and there aren't really any breeders who super overbreed them. So basically I love them to death. ^.^

I breed Andulsians, Appaloosas, Clydesdales, Gypsy Vanners, Arabs, Friesians, and QH and Paints, lol. Most of them I chose for color, but with Clydes, Friesians, and Arabs I chose em cause I love those breeds in RL. With my Arabs, as Silver Fay said they don’t have many colors, but I focus on sabino and rabicino (single and double) and I also breed for Flaxen chestnut Arabs, which are gorgeous (I have some in my Midnight Riders division if you wanna look, lol)! 

Thanks guys! Alright, I love starting new breeds but that's hard because I'm quite picky.. So these are the ones I've so far decided to keep, although they aren't all 100%. But I'd like to keep hearing what other people think so I'm just going to plop this then please keep going... anyway:

Arabians
Which means I'll be dropping Trakehners and Akhal-Tekes.
Because I've picked so many, I'll be going big on like 3 and going small on like two. So I'll go big on:
Gypsies 
Arabians
Andalusians

and I'll probably go small on:
Quarter Horses (Even though I love them a ton but I just want to switch focuses for a little while)
Chincoteagues (NOOOOOOO I love chincos more than quarters but I'm switching focuses and I want to try EV with fewer for a little)
Shetlands (Oh my goodness please tell me I did NOT just put shetties they're just the cutest little things and I adore them more than any other breed on EV uggghhhh please tell me I did not just put that - but I suppose that I should take a break... I have so many I can't get rid of any so I'll just lock them for right now and not think about them :' P)

If anyone wants some or all of my Akhal-Tekes or Trakehners just look and post here or message me! I'd be willing to get rid of them for free/next to nothing!

I'd get rid (by selling them to me!) of your Trakehners as you only have 2 so obviously that breed didnt worm its way into your heart.... unlike with me :)
