Terei
Terei tilted her head slightly, thinking through her words before she said them. "No..... No." She flicked her tail at an annoying fly, thinking for a moment longer before adding, "Just because you're a stallion, it doesn't mean it's your fault. There's nothing you could do without -" She faltered as she saw what had been happening while she was talking with Umi, and it took all of her power to look away from the sight of Kin, who looked badly hurt and was covered in blood. "W-without that happening to you," she murmured.

Kin
"No, thank you for the offer, though." Kin glanced at the champagne mare and then back at the beta. "Celaena is enough for me. We should probably be heading out, before Saju returns." 

Haunt
He nodded. “Lead the way then. I’ll come along for however long you need, then come back and fix this” he replied, looking again at the hole. He then swiftly scanned the stalls, making sure all where secure and double checking the tall black’s. She got out, it would not be good. 

Celaena
"Let's get you cleaned up." She mused, nudging the stallion towards the barn door. Your stallion. Her brain whispered unhelpfully, and she ignored the thought, ducking her head a little as pride flickered through her feelings. "Celaena is enough."

Raevyn 
Raevyn took an involuntarily step back, her ears pinned flat against her head as the metallic scent of blood flooded her nostrils. And we'll sit here and continue with our lives as if nothing happened, like this system isn't wrong.

THUNDER
The fight was over, and now he was bored. He started to look around where the mares were and saw a paint filly who saw him and was trying eagerly to attract his attention. He decided to have a peek at this mare.

CHEESE CAKE

She saw Thunder looking around and she had shook her mane to attract his attention. It had worked, and he came up to her and asked for her name. She gave the same reply as the other stallion. He nodded his head in satisfaction and walked away. She was very excited now.

Kin
Kin laughed, stepping forward and heading toward the door. Now that adrenaline wasn't pumping through his veins, he was starting to feel the pain. Kin walked out the door and into the grass, the feel of the soft earth welcome beneath his hooves. Kin paused and glanced around, deciding on a good spot to stop at. "We'll head down to the stream and stop just before the apple trees. I'm not sure where the Alpha is, but you can see our spot from here. You don't need to follow us, just keep an eye out for the Alpha. If you see him, maybe encourage him to return and continue the bidding." Kin finished speaking to the beta and took a few steps away from the barn. The first of many that he would take on the trek down to the stream. 

Umi
Umi followed her gaze to the bloodied stallion. Saju was nowhere in sight, and Umi wondered how he had fared in the fight. Umi discreetly stepped to the side, blocking Terei's view of the disturbing scene. "I know," he sighed, tail slapping at a fly, "but sometimes I feel I'm not doing anything because I'm a coward." 

Super Nova
Nova tossed her head impatiently. A delay in the bidding? Oh, well. She would wait. The fact that Kin had "won" (Nova was sure the alpha could have defeated Kin had he not backed down, the kind sir) meant Saju was still open to choosing her to be lead mare!

Odissi
Odissi chewed her hay, having ignored the battle. There was one every year. Not usually so intense, and definitely not usually against the alpha, but Odissi had no bloodlust. She'd rather munch hay. 

Celaena
Wind shifted the leaves on the trees, and Celaena watched with an almost childlike amazement as dark leaves drifted lazily to the ground - it had been a long, long time since she had been outside. "Thank you, by the way." She had barely even registered that she has spoken until she heard her own voice cut through the not so comfortable silence.

Kin
"And what have I done to earn your gratitude?" Kin asked, smiling. He could hear bubbling of the stream if he perked his ears, but the wind blowing against his torn ear stung a little, so he let his ears sit naturally. 

Celaena
"For saving me from the likes of Saju." The corners of her mouth quirked up in silent laughter as she turned her head to face him, just for a second - it felt too personal, to close almodt immediately, and the turned away again.

Kin
"It was my pleasure, Princess." Kin was relieved when they neared the stream - it hadn't taken quite as long as he had thought. He lowered his muzzle into the water and pulled some into his mouth. The cool liquid streamed down his throat,  relieving the harshness there from his wild scream earlier. After he had quenched his thirst, Kin debated lying down in the grass or standing in the stream to wash the blood from his injuries.

Haunt
He watched the two walk off. He scanned for the Alpha, and finally spotted him, he ducked back into the barn to say to the other stallions “The bidding should resume soon, until then you are free to continue introducing yourself to mares until me and the Alpha come back and resume bidding.”, before trotting towards the Alpha. He stopped a respectful distance from Saju. “Sir, are you alright? Do you need anything for your injuries?” He asked very politely and sincerely. 

Celaena 
Celaena laughed at his internal debate, pushing him closer to being in the rushing water. "Come on, I'll help you wash the blood off." Her voice picked up a teasing tone. "We don't want your coat getting stained, do we?"

Kin
"That would be a tragedy," Kin agreed jokingly, setting one hoof into the current. "You have a bit to wash off as well," Kin noted as he got all four hooves into the water. The stream was flowing a bit fast at this time of year, but not too fast that it swept him away. The coldness felt good, and already the water was tinted pink with the blood that had been on his hooves and lower legs.

Saju|| Alpha

Snorting as Haunting led them past him he rolled his eyes “Next time I’ll kill him if he dares challenging my authoritarian.” Kicking a limb and breaking it he watched as Haunting came back to him “I assume I can’t let two spoiled little brats ruin the bidding besides Nova’s still left and she’s second best so I’ll pick her.” Leading the way to the barn and entering it brown eyes blinking with anger “Now my stallions of my herd if anyone of you decide to test my authority like Kin are going to be looking st the ground and soil.” Snorting and swishing his dusty colored tail he looked to Nova’s stall which held the beautiful mare that was grey and had a golden mane she had fine genetics and both of them combined could create a strong and beautiful foal. “Haunting can you please bring Nova out or she can stay in the stall because I claim her for lead mare.” Blinking at Nova and offering a smile towards her.
