when i was younger and had to give up horses I wanted to train our siberian husky pup to go to shows and eventually be bred but when i looked at his pedigree and saw how inbred he was i didn't feel like paying all that money for testing and confirmation and such :3

and poodles are cool my parents have a cocker spaniel x standard poodle mix and he is the goofiest loving dog every and so curlyyyyy :D

yay fellow dog nerds!

he's a standard poodle. i've wanted one since i was a little kid, and though my family thought they were froo-froo dogs, he's really managed to change their minds with how sweet and friendly he is

Ahhh I have such a soft spot for standards ♥

I know the feeling, I was basically jumping up and down when we got to take a look at our girl's hip and elbow X-rays.

We have a female toy poodle; who'll be 11 this year. We've had her since she was a tiny puppy. My mini poodle mix, Little Bear passed away last year at 18 yrs old. We've never showed or bred dogs. Though, I would love to breed dogs in the distant future.
