Howard, who was a better shot, swiftly shot at the two kids, hitting their guns and blasting them out of their hands. He then turned back to that aggravating Outlaw and fired off several shots in that direction. She swiftly sent several back.

Alice/Ranger

They both gasped. "Oh no, now what?" Ranger said

She swiftly shot Ricky

Howard shot at her, almost hitting her. She ducked and swiftly sent several at his feet, causing him to leap about to avoid them. It gave her time to swiftly put two more clips into her pistols. She spotted Chess and Katie but ignored them. She was busy.

Katie
Katie threw Khal's tack back on, her fingers fumbling with bridle, and she cursed, turning to Cinch and tacking him up, swinging herself on, struggling to tie Khal's reins onto her saddle horn. Breathe, Katie. Breathe.

Outlaw
She hit the ground as a bullet whizzed over her head and was neatly back on her feet in seconds. She managed to shoot one of Howard's pistols out of hand. Still one more to go.

Chester

Katie gulped, steering Cinch past Chester urgently. "You wouldn't understand."

Howard slipped up some. It was the smallest of small, but Outlaw was waiting, and sent a shot directly into his chest. He dagger to the ground beside his brother. She watched to make sure he was

"What did you do?" Katie hissed, eyes wide, panicking, hands clutching at her reins.

She looked at Howard. "almost killed him that's what. not quite though" she said dryly. "why are you panicking?"

Katie
"Do you even know who they run with?" She spat. "They're t-the- they're wi-with the- the-" Katie paused, taking a shaky breath. "Forget about it." She muttered, as she wheeled Cinch around, with him bursting into a canter away from the carnage.

Ranger/Alice

They reined their horses back to the inn and went inside. Alice shook her head and sighed, "Why us? You know? Why did she kill her which put us off on this road?" Ranger put his arm around her, "I dont know, sister." He had started calling her that ever since Rowan's death.
