Rate the song game

2/10 - it started out nice, but it got worse as the video went on.

Gunpowder and Lead - Miranda Lambert

6/10 — I used to jam to this song a lot when I was younger, but I can't see myself listing to it deliberately anymore. It's just another country song about a lady wanting to kill her husband, which can make for some cool songs, but it's honestly an incredibly repetitive theme in popular country and as such doesn't interest me much.

Well, it's not exactly my preferred style of music but it's not the worst thing I've ever heard. I'd give it a... 3/10. 5/10 if you consider that the lead singer is cute.

I've never heard that one before. I kinda liked it. The beat was great, but what really caught my appreciation was the lyric "broke but I'm boujee". "Boujee" comes from the French word "bourgeois" (pronounced boor-zwa) which refers to a materialistic middle-class person, oftentimes including the idea that they are living beyond their means to appear more affluent than they actually are. In essence, they're broke but look rich. It's the first time I've ever heard "boujee" used correctly. I give this song 7/10.

I'm listening to the first song now, and I'm not very far into it, but I can tell it's gonna be cool. I'll probably never listen to it again though since it's super long and I don't have a very long attention span.
As for One Headlight, I already know and love that song. It's really fun to sing along to, and I'm quite fond of the lyrics. I have a hat I draw and write lyrics/quotes on, and I included the line "man, I ain't changed, but I know I ain't the same" on it.
Edit: Forgot to actually rate them lol. I give the first one an 8/10 because it was different and interesting despite being too long for my taste. I give the second one a 10/10 because I like 90s pop rock lol.

I'm not a huge fan of country music, but it's actually pretty good and that is a great name for a horse!

Paint It, Black by The Rolling Stones (I personally prefer the Ciara cover, so listen to that if you'd prefer a really interesting nearly Cinematic take on the classic song)
