Kaylee
"Anyways, earlier it was quieter out here than inside."

Mason
 "Unsurprising," he muttered in response, finishing his statement with a yawn. "It's too early for this."

Kaylee
Kaylee rolled her eyes, turning to level a glare at Mason. "Don't come out here and ruin my semi-peace and quiet, when you could just go back inside and sleep."

Outlaw 
She listened to the hawk, trying to figure out what he was saying. When he eventually paused for breath she finally spoke. “You gotta slow down, else I can’t understand you” she said gently. 

Mason
 "Well it's too late now, isn't it? I'm already up."

Kaylee
".......True." She shifted a little and the dock they were sitting on creaked, but she had no fear of falling into the water. Mason, however, at this hour might.

Mason
 Mason edged backwards slightly. "I swear to god Kaylee, if this dock breaks I'm going to kill you."

Kaylee
She laughed not so reassuringly. "If we fall in, the Naiads will pull us out. Probably."

Mason
 "I'm not worried about drowning, I'm worried about getting soaked," he responded crossly, eyeing the water.

Kaylee
"Well-" Before her sentence even began Kaylee felt something crash into the only beam actually supporting the ancient dock and the entire thing snap, promptly dropping both the demigods into the cold water. Kaylee spotted an aforementioned grinning blonde naiad positioned right next to the now underwater dock, groaning into the water and watching as he bubbles floated to the surface.

Mason
 Mase shouted more than a few choice words at both the naiad and Kaylee, pointing at the water spirit accusingly once he dared open his eyes underwater. His words were quite muffled thanks to the water, but he continued with the insults until he needed to swim to the surface to get air.

Ksylee
"Me?" Kaye spluttered when both her and Mason reached he surface, treading water. "You were the one who gave her the idea of dunking us!"

Mason
 He scowled, pushing her back underneath of the water half-jokingly. "Whatever. Use your magic or something to dry us off. Or just me. I really don't care either way about you."

Kaylee
"Nah. I don't feel like it." She retorted, crawling up onto fairly dry ground and shaking her head not unlike a wet dog, pulling a face of disgust and wiping the hair from her mouth.

Outlaw
She had witnessed the dunking from her perch on the cliff edge and now chuckled, eyes flashing with amusement. She could appreciate a good joke.
