Greek Mythology Roleplay

James
 James remained quiet for a few minutes, partly to help steady his breathing and partly to let his mind relax. He eventually broke the silence by looking up at Floyd, a small smile on his face as he asked, "Fireflies?"

Outlaw 
She shivered slightly from the cold water then looked up as one of the wolf dogs came trotting up with her boots. “Thank you Wrangler” she mumbled, taking them and pulling on socks then the boots. She ruffled the dog’s neck fur fondly. 

Floyd
Floyd laughed softly, taking James' hand. "To the fireflies, then."

Columbina
Chiron hurried over, frowning as Ollie breathlessly explained the situation, gesturing with her free hand, although her enthusiasm faltered as she was finishing. "-And we haven't seen him since." She murmured quietly, glancing up with a sad smile as the centaur rest a hand on her shoulder. "We'll fine him." He assured, staring over the girls into the dark forest. "From now on, no campers are to leave the valley." He glanced at the two before him, bemused. "That means no more beach visits, Columbina." She flushed, grinning sheepishly. "Yes, Chiron."

Denver 
Denver finally ran out of things to organize, which was a problem. Without things to organize, he couldn't keep his mind off of the fact that Lilly- that she was... gone. 
Kahlen
Kahlen stood next to her brother as he stopped his whirlwind of order. He needs to process what happened. Face his emotions. Look who's talking. You're such a hypocrite, telling other people to face reality when you refuse to do that yourself. Kahlen winced slightly at her mind's own harsh words. Now is not the time for an internal crisis.

Ethel
 "How are we going to find him though? We have no idea where he is," she pointed out.

James
 He beamed up at Floyd, his eyes softening a bit when they met the other boy's. He opened his mouth to ask something, but quickly changed his mind, instead choosing to turn and drag Floyd towards where they'd seen the fireflies.

Columbina
"Id mean, out of the now eight missing campers, we've already found three." Ollie offered, turning to face Ethel. "They just kind of..... turned up? In the forest? They didn't even know they had been missing."

Ethel
 "...Did they not remember anything else?," she questioned, glancing off to her side subconsciously. Stop being so freaked out. Pull yourself together, Ethel.

Columbina
"Well, they could remember their names and they recognized some of camp, but a lot of friends and family they couldn't even name." 

Ethel
 She held back her panic. "...Did those memories ever return to them, or..?"

Columbina
Ollie winced. "....Not yet." The first two campers were fine after being found, but the most recent girl had been rushed to the medical tent when she had been found bleeding out in the forest. It had been... admittedly scary? Ollie knew the risks of the forest but was willing to brave them anyways, but now Beau was gone because he had done the same.

Ethel
 "Awesome. Swell. Magnificent," she replied sarcastically, turning to the centaur. "We will definitely obey that rule. I promise."

Columbina
The centaur nodded, and turned to reenter the big house as Ollie stopped him, peering up uncertainly. "As soon as there's any information on him.... please?" She asked, and Chiron dipped his head, leaving the two to their own devices. "Can I show you something?" She asked, turning to Ethel with a little hopeful look.

Ethel
 She snorted. "Absolutely not. After that, I'm going to my cabin like a good, obedient camper. And-," she started, cutting herself off when she noticed that her hand was still in Ollie's. "...Um..."

"Pleeeeeease, Ethel?" She begged, staring up at the other girl with almost puppy dog eyes.

 Ethel huffed in mock annoyance. "Fine. What is it?"
