New Years Chat

Good luck to everyone on their resolutions and goals! To everyone goingthrough harder times, I wish you good tidings in the new year ♥

Unfortunately I get to work closing shift this evening xP I work at a tavern so hopefully I'll make some good tips with everyone drinking haha. Thankfully the kitchen closes at 9 as usual though, I'm hoping we can get all the lingering customers out by 10 so I can go hang out with my boyfriend and his friends (triple date?), they're all nerds so we'll be playing board games to bring on the new year xD

As far as goals for next year, all I've got is getting my black belt in taekwondo and buying a new car at the end of summer (reliable vehicles! Yay!) Then I can start saving up for school :3

no plans tonight my hubby has work and my parents go to sleep at 9pm XD AND i can't drink this year so i'll probably pass out when my husband comes home lol 

goals:
* have a healthy baby girl in april (i'm due april 11th but i'm aiming for april 1st for three reasons: my great grandpa's bday, april fools and easter XD)
* do more art (and make money doing it lol)
* get a part time job (no one has hired me and i suspect it's because i'm pregnant -__-)
* get a cheap second car
* get an apartment 

gosh 2017 was a good year but it really sucked the life out of me and drained my savings acct

happy new years! tonight we're planning to go for supper and then watch the fireworks!

for 2018, it's sorta busy, lol!

-in spring or summer i'm probably going out to a Tom Ryans place (he's an AWESOME natural horseman) cause we bought a horse that will hopefully finally b the right one but she ain't broke so he's gonna train her for one month in Jan most likely, then she'll come back and have a little break, then in the spring/summer she'll go out for another month and i'll also go out for a week so he work with the 2 of us together. i'm super excited for that!

-i'm gonna do Gymkhana again when it starts up.

my resoloutions:

-master AT LEAST one trick riding move at a lope.

-do some barrel racing at small rodeos with my old mare

Yay! A tiny bit of good news to start 2018 off my grandma got released from hospital earlier this evening (not that the hospital informed us - they just sent her back to her care home & her carer told us)  & is back with my granddad in time to see new year in together... though he will be blissfully unaware & she'll be asleep by 10.30pm!

Oh well the thought was there.  But most of all a temporary end to expensive parking charges in the dang hospital car park.

I will be starting the 2nd semester of college classes and I will be a senior in highschool (at the end of next year). I also have a fun trip with my band. Not sure what it is yet but I believe it may be Disney World! So excited!  

@Eliza; Dang, good job! Hope you get your black belt! AND I hope you get to go home in time to spend the remaining few hours of the year with your boyfriend!

@Madoka; Congrats on the Pregnancy! And 2018 bringing a beautiful child into this world really is an amazing year for you! Hope everything goes well. Cute cat hahaha 

@Midnight; Haha well it's nice that you have one big interest/hobby! I can't really say I have any big hobby at all.. I sorta just go to school and hang out with family or friends or my cat whenever I can hah. But best of luck with your horses and everything, hope it all goes well!

@Fabelhaft; Yayy! I am so glad that she has gotten home for the new year! Even if her husband doesn't notice that night, it'll be nice to wake up in her own bed with him, together, in 2018. I think that is the most important. :)

@Beacon; super cool you're doing college courses while in Highschool! While I'll never regret my full four years of having college as I've met some of the best people and had the best experience, I still sorta wish I'd have at least done a year or something in high school! Would have perhaps saved a semester or something worth of schoolwork. Hope your trip is awesome, whether it gets to be Disney World or some other super awesome place! Bet that is a fun thing to look forward to either way.
