[artwork] first ever design

third design done. c: not sure how I feel about the spotted blanket, but overall, I'm pretty happy with it. 

oh, I tried an off-white; how does it look? I was worried it might look a little too yellow. and I tried to go blue or green, but I couldn't help it; this shade of pink was just prefect. haha.

The white is too yellow as you assumed. What I do is start at white white then I move the bar to more of a light gray/white instead of cream/yellow white. 

yeah, GWG, I thought it was too yellow. I'll have to try a grey-ish white.

okay, so I made another one. when I started, I thought the white was slightly cream-ish, but I can no longer tell if it's too white after staring for hours at it. haha. either, it's a cute beach babe with a cremello base with splash, white birdcatcher spots, and a badger face marking. I'm pretty happy with it, but I really want to start trying to add darker points, such as to the legs and such; I'll try that next time around.

I like these! Only thing is I feel the birdcatcher spots ought to be a little bigger; it's hard to see them at the moment. What do you think? :)

oooh the one with the light green (or is it blue? let's say sea foam green like the crayon color) is really pretty

yeah, true, Io. the birdcatcher spots are pretty small, but I kind of like it; it's nice and subtle. I'll go back and edit and see how bigger spots look, but I'll probably just keep the way it is.
