I need to dig out my fitbit again...
But here goes nothing:

I am rhine, I am a 27yo female residing in New England (USA)

I struggle with lower bag arthritis of the facet joints pinching nerves, causing my left leg to feel/be weaker than my right. It randomly will give out, its unfortunately not your typical sciatica :(. I also struggle with my mental issues and the medications I take, most of them cause weight gain, most of them cause drowsiness. I also have migraines that have at this point no known cause, the medication for that causes drowsiness at times. Add in two bad wrists that make it nearly impossible to hold things, just this morning (date of posting) I woke up unable to hold a coffee cup.

I have a horse of my own, and work part of my board off for my barn owner, among work trade for dental services with her (she is also an equine dentist). Have a 6 month old puppy, and an older pitbull mix. I have enough animals and stuff to do that SHOULD keep me active, its just hard to do with everything going on.

So needless to say I dont work out aside from the barn work, which is feeding 5 horses hay and feed as she doesnt feed grain based feed there, picking up manure, hay alone takes a while as its all put into nets and its a good long hike to do. The horses are out on 20+ acres, same with picking up manure.

Current Status:
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 225# (I gained 3# since my last visit but im not sure if its muscle)
BMI: 33.2

Goal:
Weight: 170#
BMI: 25.8 (still puts me "overweight" which I hate about the BMI scale)

Daily Goals:
15,000 Fitbit steps (once I find my fitbit)
Regain my tracking meals, I had that going good until memory decided to run away
Ride More

Heyo! I'm Mystic!

I'm 13.

So, I'm tiny. Tall, but tiny. I am strong, but in wanting to build up muscle. I really don't know how to truly do that. And I'm wanting to be more active. Anything I do gain just gets burned off.

I have migraines, so workouts are a pain. I do have slight asthma, so no long distance running, not even a mile. I love going outdoors and doing stuff (kayaking, horseback riding, etc.) but I get worn out way too quick. Yeah.

My stats:
5'3"
80.2 lbs
8% body fat

My Goal:
Um, muscle and endurance?
10% body fat

I managed to run today wahey! It was hard to breathe properly with all the pollen allergens in the air (my throat is still rough even now, multiple hours later) but I managed to get up to my usual mile. I had to slow to a walk a number of times to get my breath though, which was frustrating because I know I'm capable of going the whole distance without that. :/

I did yoga a couple times this week too, cause that's easier when going outdoors is an issue. I'm working up to being able to do this one part of the ocean and mountain practice that's pretty rigorous, so I hope to be able to get through it without pausing.

Guys!! Don't let this die, especially with nice weather around the corner (if you live in the great white north), it will be easier to get outside and stay active!!

I have run once this week, and gone riding once. I really need to get back into yoga.

Oh!! I do have my head stand now, that's cool.

But I am trying to Quit my antidepressants and go veg, and this combination, I believe has led to some binge eating.

I agree mardi, We can't let this die!!

So... Since we failed our water drinking challenge for April I'm reinstating it! LETS DRINK ALL THE WATER!!

Help The Fish!!

EQUIVERSE!! We need your help! Gaia and I (Kimtia) have recently discovered a 40 gallon fish tank and put in an order for some really pretty fish. The only problem is we don't have any water! We need your help!

The challenge is to drink water!

Yup, that's right! Drink water. For every cup of water YOU drink, a cup of water appears magically in the tank. A 40 gallon fish tank is 640 cups of water, so we need to come together to drink 640 cups of water before our fish arrive at the end of April. I told Gaia I would set the tank up on the first, so the challenge starts then.

So April we're going to rock it, right?!?!

Awesome!

So in review...
- drink water
- post how many cups you have drank that day
- fill fish tank
- Challenge goes from May 15th to June 30th

58.5 of 640 (9.1%)

I'm also going to do another challenge!! So without further ado..

It's a Monster!!!
OH NO! There's a monster attacking the farms of EV! Whatever are we going to do? We'll need to team up to take this monster on!

For every day a EVer exercises, 10 damage is dealt to the monster. Exercises are whatever you feel like. It could be taking the stairs instead of an elevator/escalator, it could be taking a dog for a walk. Heck if could be 5 little push ups or a 10 second wall sit. It doesn't matter the exercise. All you need to do is exercise, and post here so we know!

So in review...
- exercise
- post to let us know!
- kill the monster
- Challenge goes from May 15th to June 30th

890 HP of 1000 HP (89%) ** This will go down, we want 0HP **

Does hobbling around the barn count as exercise? (at least to the person that otherwise doesnt do much) if so im up to 3 hours of farm work today :P exercise wise.

Water I couldnt tell you, I carry around a 20oz smart water bottle and have refilled it twice today (so 3 of them total = 60oz approx)

I had a biopsy done on my foot friday so most likely other than the barn work I doubt I will be doing much until the stitches are removed.

I'm not going to specify what counts as exercise since exercise for one person could be a normal every day thing to another.

Me, I went for a 1.5 mile hike through a local state park and then drank 5 cups (8oz) of water. :)

I went for a mile-long run the day before yesterday, so that was certainly exercise for me. I'm not sure on how much water I drank over the weekend so I'll start counting today.
