Vierra:
Vierra turned her head to glare at Eiffel and Noble in distaste.
"I would watch it if I were you- I can kill you right here and right now." she warned both Noble and Eiffel... but it wasn't as much of a warning as it was a threat.
"That filly is a nuisance, and nothing more." she hissed dismissively to Noble, lashing her tail. "I hope you were listening as well." she added, narrowing her eyes at the young mare.

Eiffel

She hid her fast growing terror as well as possible, though it was getting to be challenging. "I'd say more," She hissed under her breath. She flashed Noble a smile, but it was short-lived, for soon, her eyes were narrowed at Vierra again.

Cobalt

Cobalt watched in amusement it seemed a certain young filly was going to get herself into trouble, he spread his wings and reared against the sky line before launching off the outcrop. He positioned himself in the air to land right beside the two scruffy mares where that stupid mortal stallion had been. With a great backwards flap of his wings he landed softly but sent a cloud of dust flying towards the mares. A morbid grin spread across his face "good morning girls" he said in a sleezy voice.

Elsa

Elsa hadn't seen Cobalt coming from behind as she was too focused on the foals, the cloud of dust enveloped her and she choked violently, turning her face away from the dust she trotted off to catch her breath. Under her coat, her skin was on fire with rage and she cursed the unicorns with words reserved for only the most foul of creatures. She'd totally lost sight of the foals and the cruel leading unicorns.

Noble
He jerked off to the side slightly as Cobalt landed nearby. He pushed himself against Eiffel in an attempt to guide her away from the unicorns. "Move." He said quietly. "We will talk about this later." He muttered to the filly, gazing down at her with a knowing look in his warm eyes. They turned hard as they turned onto the winged stallion, he let out a grunt of displeasure, and turned to leave himself.

Tomb
The stallion walked on over to the scene, unamused by the Cobalt's dramatics. "I suggest keeping the peace for now." He spoke, not to Vierra, but to Asteroid. He ignored the others, and waved his head slightly, his dark horn gleaming in the sun. His eyes did not leave their leader, waiting expectantly. "Egging on the foals is cutting it close, wouldn't you agree?"

Duchess

Duchess shuffled towards the unicorns unnoticed, ready to take action if anything happened, but staying a safe distance away. This won't be pretty, She thought, almost able to feel the tension in between the two horses.

Asteroid

"What did you say?" His voice was dangerously soft, in a tone that implied he had heard her.

Eiffel

"I'd say more. I said I'd say more," Eiffel could tell of the danger, and didn't like it. I wonder what will happen to me, if I'll ever see Thistle again, She thought. Thistle! Where was he? She glanced around, finally spotting a red-orange tail behind a boulder. Phew. At least he's safe. But what about me?

Noble
"Eiffel! Enough!" Noble snapped, and moved to push her away from the others. "Do you want to get us killed? Your brother killed?" He hissed, his ears pinned back angrily as he stamped down his hoof.

Tomb
"Asteroid.." Tomb moved closer, his voice low. "Think this through."

Vierra:
Vierra glared at Tomb. "Who put you in charge? No one." she growled, inching forward to look him in the eyes. Who did he think he was?

Rissa:
Rissa heard what Cobalt had said. Cocky idiot, she thought, huffing. She walked up to the two mares, eying the unicorn skeptically.
"Why are you here, exactly?" she asked him flatly. There was no need to try and start fights.

Tomb
He finally considered the leading mare, studying her cautiously. Slowly, a smile made its way onto his lips. "You are exactly right Vierra, but I believe I was making a humble suggestion to our leader. Kill the foals, lose to the power. Surely, you can see reason behind that?" He was clearly enjoying this, and had no shame in sucking up to their leader while attempting to make a fool of his bitter mate.

Vierra:
Vierra reared slightly, landing even closer in front of him.
"Be gone NOW!" she screeched, snapping at him. If she wasn't trying to remain in power, she would have murdered him then, but she chose not to. It was hard to keep acting sweet when she was provoked.

Tomb
"Oh my..." Tomb said simply, wiping the smile off of his face, but nevertheless he was still amused. He turned away from the outraged mare, and bowed his head just a tad bit toward Asteroid as a gesture of respect. "Surely, you can understand where I am coming from. Killing the filly just may start a revolt. We could use these mundane horses for just a bit longer, don't you think?" He stretched out his wings halfway before tucking them right back in.

Asteroid

Aster nodded, tired of remaining quiet through the argument. "I agree, Tomb. Violence will get us nowhere right now," He turned to Vierra. "I am sorry that filly provoked you. Now, I have business to attend to," He spread out his wings, and lifted himself into the sky, until he was only a dot among the clouds, then disappearing completely.

Eiffel

She stared at the ground, then wriggled away, heading in the opposite direction. But one thing was clear in her mind: One day, her time would come, and she would escape.

Vierra:
Vierra gazed sweetly into the sky as her mate flew away. Sighing with annoyance at Tomb, she leaped up and flew into the sky. She circled around over the surrounding field, watching the mortals. How small they look from up here. How small and weak and defenseless. Ha.

Duchess

Duchess watched awhile longer, but when it was clear the fight was over, she walked away. That horse will get herself killed one day, She thought, mulling the situation over. "But what can I do about it," She wondered aloud, frowning. "Especially with that Vierra around, it's bound to happen someday."

Asteroid

Asteroid landed, no longer stressed. He walked over to a unicorn, his advisor, and stood taller. "Anything I'm needed for? "Not right now, sir," The winged unicorn answered. "Well, then, that gives me time to worry about the argument my mate and one of the ordinary fillys had. I'm afraid it'll cause the ordinary horses to rebel against us." "Surely those horses are not powerful enough to do such a thing, Asteroid sir," The advisor assured him. "Perhaps, but you'd be surprised," Aster told him, and then stalked out of the room.

Tomb
The unicorn stallion faced the mortal horses, taking his time in making eye contact with each and every one of them. "I cannot always save you all, I will not. Count yourselves lucky, watch the young ones closely." He said slowly, and with a powerful flap, he extended his wings. He launched himself into the air to find refuge on higher ground.

Noble
Noble watched the unicorns take off, and shook his head in exasperation. He stomped off, "One day..." He repeated to himself, his tail swishing with great irritation.

Umbra

Umbra shivered as she knew she would remember Vierra towering over the little filly forever. If she couldn't stand one small skirmish, what chance did she have of living a life where she fought against innocent horses who just wanted freedom. Maybe Tomb was right, the sympathy she had for the mortal horses could destroy her. Umbra shook her head. Her sympathy was who she was, and who she was wouldn't stand for the horses living like that. She had to do something. "Wait!" she called after the filly before she could think it over and decide against it. The best place to start helping someone was meeting them she supposed.
