NPCs

This sounds so silly, but here goes...wouldn't it be great if mail for EV members arrived by "pony express"? Basically, nothing major, but an NPC post pony and rider appear anytime you have mail? And the once you open it, they disappear? How bout a place where we could "post" mail? I think it would be nice to have something interactive?

Or how about other NPCs? (I know art is expensive) Like a guy in the junkyard or a villager at the fountain? Just for fun :)

The villager here and there like shop keeps would be pretty cool. I would hate the pony mail carrier lol There are some occasions I feel unsociable and don't want to read mail lol I do like the thought though :D Support!

What about a guy or girl at the auction house? You could place your bid with them. I'd like something like this.

i agree with grouchy potato - i don't see a point in having NPCs. it would be time and money spent on coding and graphics that wouldn't really do anything to mprove game play. i think if anything, NPCs would put me off.

I was considering utilising NPCs mostly for quests. Not sure what everyone thinks of that as an alternative to a mailman or other areas of the game.

ooh quests sound great, Abbey! That would be wonderful :) And they would serve a purpose too. Maybe NPCs for events or holidays or something? It would add some colour (not that EV isn't colourful enough already :p ) to the game

NPCs for quests would be awesome, Abbey! I agree that we don't need NPCs, but if one could be implemented in the future it would add just a dash more uniqueness to our wonderful EV.

I don't think this could help, but I don't think it could hurt, either. I'm impartial c;

i'm okay with an NPC for quests or special events, but i still don't think we need them all over the game
