Money in the Snow Piles?

I think the most I found in a snow pile was $200. I got lucky and was able to get the Christmas plushie today. If I get more I may hold a free raffle for them :)

I'm just unlucky then X"D

I've only found 21 so far.

Yes just like you describ.

It seems like I've found quite a few and I'm pretty much only on to care and show my horses!

Edit: Out of the blue I 'found' five (but was given a sixth somewhere along the way). I was also able, for the first time since this event started, to 'throw' them at other players (forgot about that previously, but yeah... I haven't been able to 'throw' any from this account until tonight - threw all three of the ones I got on my spare yesterday just to get rid of them since I almost never log in to that account).

So, five in right about seven hours of playing, to make a grand total of 20 (which should actually only be 19) since the event started. Golly.

I have 533 horses at present though maybe 50 or so of those are locked. Of the remainder, all that are of training age are trained daily, which is a lot of clicks. I auto-show, but that's still one click per horse. Anything not showing goes in to riding schools, so that's a lot of clicks as well. That doesn't take in to account stat boosting, breeding, reading the forums, or any other clicking that I do daily. I am literally on this game for -hours- every day. I have all of 15 snowballs, none of which came from today. I still have stuff to finish up tonight, so I'll be doing lots more clicking, but for now I can only assume it's either bugged or set to favor some more than others (especially now that I see I'm not alone in experiencing this).

I've collected 35 total since the fight started, most while caring for my horses on the first day, and have seen none at all in the last 12 hours, even while taking care of my 300+ horde of horses. Not to mention I'm literally on the site all day, watching auctions, sales, the forums, etc.

It's a bit disconcerting when people are up over 100 throws and I can't even make 50, despite all efforts. D:

Yeah same here, I barely found any despite being online all day, caring for, training and showing 300+ horses, auction listings, rc trawling, forum trawling and pretty much nada the last 24 hours. Game's less fun when there's no way of catching up to other teams at all, especially when teams magically get to 100+ snowballs before 12 hours had even passed since release.

I hand show my horses; which give me 9 page loads more per horse than someone who auto-shows. I'm finding at least 10 snowballs a day just from entering my horses into shows (I only enter about 20 horses per day into shows, the rest go into riding school).

Today I trained all my horses and entered them in riding school, and I found about 3 snowballs from all that.
I still have not found a plushie.
