Why is there a under 13 introduction board?

If we can see the normal introduction board, why is there also a under 13s introduction?

Maybe just for intros into the under 13 group. Those who can only be in the under 13 boards might want to introduce themselves into that group since that's where their time will be spent until they have access into the the 13+ boards.

Kinda like a 'hey, I'm under 13 so you'll see me around here more often' where as the regular introduction board is for anyone. I don't pay much attention to who's allowed in the under 13 boards and who's allowed into the 13+ boards, so the only way I would be able to tell would be through an intro post in the under 13 boards.

Actually, they're both for under 13. There's just two, for some reason.
