Chali
The light red she-wolf dipped her head at Saffron motioning her to search the outside where they were. "Hush you take the middle...okay?" she then wagged her tail and went to the lower side of the bank and weaved in and out of the trees. Still at jog she stopped looking at a fallen tree she saw the hollow under neth it. Giving a little howl for Hush and for Saffron she wagged her tail going closer to the den underneth.
Saffron
The light grey she-wolf nodded and went to the upper of the bank they were on. Jogging through the words she stopped and sniffed at the grass. Wagging her tail she continued on with her search of the den. Stopping in her tracks she heard Chali's little howl and went off at the jog after her.

Hush
She had been walking, kind of out-of-it, when she heard the little howl. She dashed after the soundand saw Chali by a log. "Hm," she murmured, checking out the den. She walked around the log, taking about ten minutes to inspect everything closely. Codik always said she was smart about these things. She had never really thought so, but she couldn't really say. "I don't know," she said softly. "I-It's a great p-place to shelter and sleep for a f-few days, but for a p-perman-nent pack home it might n-not work. S-See how this o-one section of the l-log is slightly soft and starting to r-rot? Someday it will c-come down into the d-den." She glanced around the area. "I-If the pack e-expands," she almost shivered at the thought of other wolves, but suppressed it, "or p-pups arrive, we have no o-other dens. We will need a n-nursery and p-possibly an alph-pha den. A-and h-how c-close is the n-nearest w-water?" She looked to her paws and shuffled them. Did she sound rude?
Codik
He glanced over at the other wolf and flashed a small smile. "Hey, I like you. Don't get me wrong. But..." he hesitated, mischief in the last word. "Break her heart, I break yours. Literally." The last comment was said in a joking tone, but you could hear the underlying warning and seriousness.
