Is there an achievement list somewhere hiding that I haven't seen... or are we just supposed to random acquire them? Would like to have a little more info on how to earn them besides just playing the game.

You earn them by entering your horses into shows and winning.

You get one at 100, 250, & 500 first places; and 100, 250, & 500 placings (1st, 2nd, and 3rds).

It's actually 100, 250, 500 placings (1st-3rd), and 100, 200, 300 firsts.
