[ADDED] *Merge Bag/Crate/Bunch and individual treats

Now that assigned treating is back, it is a little more tedious when working with two types of the same treat. Maybe one week market prices are better for individual treats, or a I win a ton in riding school, and the next week (or month), the market isn't great and I have to buy from the general store, which only sells by the bag/crate/bunch. I would like to propose merging all treats and removing the "Bag/Crate/Bunch" items. The general store could continue to sell by the bag/crate/bunch so that you must buy in sets of 5, but when it hits your inventory, it is identical to 5 uses of individual treats. Thoughts?

I would also like to propose merging all uses so that there are no longer stacked items. You can sell or transfer as many uses as you like, and don't have to routinely go through and compress your individual items. Yeeeees, this would be so much easier! It's not unworkable as it is now, it just seems kind of unnecessarily bulky to have so many redundant items, and would be much simpler from an assignment standpoint to only have one version of each.

Yes! I have a bunch of each but I have to decide which to use on which horses. It would be so much easier to just pick yellow apples instead of choosing between the singles and the bags.

Right? Yes, I agree! Clean up the process a little! My horse has the preferred treat as bag of green apples, but if i run out of bags of green apples and still have 12 stacked or compressed green apples, I have to go out and back in through my inventory to treat that horse!


(Side question: I converted training for a horse recently, how do I change their preferred treat?)

Just wanted to chime in that I was about to make this suggestion but found someone already has, and that I still support it :)

I was seriously just about to suggest this idea myself! glad i found your post haha. The conflicts between individual treats and bag/crate/bunch treats really messes with my OCD. I get a lot of treats from the riding schools and i always want to use my individual treats first before the bunched up ones. 

My thoughts were that wherever you find individual treats you can choose to compress them to go in the bag of treats ya know? so everything is in the right place. That way "bag of apples" is still a thing. If your find a single apple on a leisure ride or at the riding school it makes sense in RL that you would take it home and put it in your BAG of other apples lol
