Did you draw these? Some of them look like they were traced off images. :|

I know at least some are from the draw 50 horses book, a step by step guide on how to draw certain poses. Although it's not tracing those sketches are copies from the book so they shouldn't be sold xP

Isn't it just like referencing though? Like looking at a photo online and referencing it for the pose? Except the photo is rather a drawing broken down into layers and a it's in a book not on a screen XD

Well yes, but its referencing from a copyrighted material. Its the same premise as using a google image, its just not digital X3

So are we allowed to buy these or not? Cause I'd really like some for a tag sale

I did not use any images, but I did make them refrencing the sketches in the book, adding a few things on my own.

This is essentially the same as copying an image, since the reference (ie the book) is not free of copyright. You cannot sell these.
