This suggestion has been marked as "Added To The Game". Thank you, «» Only the Wind, for the suggestion and to those of you who supported for making Equiverse better!
Another thread is currently discussing the difficulty of keeping flax a prominent gene in a herd. I'm copy-pasting some of my thoughts from that thread:

I would like to see this happen as well. However, These are the ONLY rare genes on the game right now because they're only available through custom maker, so, like you said, I'd want the price to be hefty to keep them that way. Cream is about as common as bay with the easy access to coat randomizers now, and introducing an item that gives silver and flaxen will have the same effect in a short time IF it's as cheap as the other items.

This would be swell. I have so many Ff horses it drives me nuts, especially since I can never seem to hit the 'jackpot' (ff) when breeding them together (or even Ff to ff for that matter). I'd be willing to pay ~10 EVC for a guarantee of flaxen fo' sho'.

As in the other thread, I certainly support this! I also agree with a more expensive item for these particular genes would be the better way to go! Thumbs up!

I support this, but I think it should be very expensive.

Spare a thought for those people (like me) who don't do art or use real money on the internet. This type of thing would be pretty much impossible to get in that situation.

I don't make art or spend real money either... it takes a long time to save, but it's doable.

I agree with Only the Wind. It definitely takes patience and strategy to save, but it is doable. I think that it should be a credit item as a way to add to current horses rather than starting from scratch on a custom horse. I am also okay with it being more expensive since right now those genes are still pretty rare in the game, but not equal to the value of a custom horse since it's only for a single-gene change. Maybe like 7-8 credits since the coat applicator is 5? I also don't think it should be discounted to a randomizer like coat randomizers and marking randomizers, but only be an applicator. Thoughts?
