Lilac smiled, nuzzling his chin. Her gradient eyes glanced at the studly colt. "Quest is perfect." Her eyes caught Prince's, "If you'd like to, I wouldn't mind a Daddy by my side." She responded coyly, smirking.

"I'll have to think on it." he spoke sweetly, kissing her entire face. Prince did like her, but he wasn't quite sure he loved her yet. "But I do like you very much..for now. Soon I might be madly in love." he chuckled.

The mare's face softened, and she yawned. "Ohh, I am tired." She snorted, resting her head. "I haven't slept in days, stressing about Warrior, and the foals. " Lilac murmured, her breath slowing as she drifted to sleep.

Prince kissed her one last time on the cheek, "I'll see you in the morning.", going through the back exit and to the outside of the cave. He stood alert, guarding the cave from any stallions. His thoughts went to Lilac as he stood in the pouring rain, his wings the only source of cover.

Soon, morning came, and the skies cleared. Noel was up early, and she scooted out from under her mother's wings, desperately trying to stand. Her mother and brother were still sound asleep. The dappled filly spread her downy wings for balance, and pushed her little rump high in the air, but soon fell to the ground from the uneven cave floor. Squeaking, she flailed her legs, she was like an upside down bug!

Once Prince thought it was safe enough he trotted down to the pound, his tail swishing behind him as he trotted off. He jumped into the water once he got there, soaking himself with the water. His humming filled the area as he scrubbed the dirt and blood off of his coat. Maybe Lilac would be a good mare to start a herd? But those two foals...I don't know..

The little filly flipped herself over, and within a matter of minutes, was up on her teeny hooves. Sniffing out her way, she came to the back entrance, smelling the stallion she had seen last night. Following his smokey scent, Noel somehow ended up a long ways away from the cave, and was now standing on a squishy bank, the water inches from her touch. She poked at it, and it rippled in mild waves. Squealing, she ran along the bank, the water swirling and jumping beside her. She paused, seeing splashing in the water. "H..hello??"

Prince immediately trotted out of the water at the sight of the young filly. "You shouldn't leave your mother." he spoke, his voice very deep. He walked up to the filly, towering over her and gently laying his wing over her. "It's not safe for a young filly like you, out here in the wild. A stud might decide he doesn't like you." he teased, hiding a smile behind that stern face. Lilac, you better be glad it was me instead of your boyfriend.

The gray foal stuck out her bottom lip, and glanced up at Prince. "But there's no one here!" She stopped her pitiful hoof, and a huge wave dowsed the two. "Ack!" She squealed, scooting under Prince's wing. "It's up my nose!"

Prince chuckled, pressing her against his belly to protect her from the other waves. "Come, let's go to your mother before she gets worried." he grinned, leading her towards the cave. He let out a long neigh, hoping Lilac would hear and come out.
