He is a TWH I recognize him and just looked him up to make sure it was the same horse I was thinking, his name is Polished By Knight a cremello Tennessee Walker stallion. So I don't know what sight you got that picture from and what breed it said he was.

A Sorraia mustang cannot be a cremello they are duns or grulla only , but okay lol.
I don't know why Polished By Knight shows up when you search  the sorraia horse, but then again other breeds do show up too, but that horse is defiantly a TWH.

Blueberry is correct, he is definitely a Tennessee Walking Horse, not a Sorraia Mustang. 
This site shows both breeds clearly, #8 and #9

Well the page I found said Sorraia mustang so that's what I had went with, but the page you have shows different so we can just say Blueberry was right and continue the game then.
