Royal Union (Human RP)

Every five years, royal family's arou d the world join their eldest child in union with other royalty. This takes place at the ceremony of Royal Union. After which, is held a ball. This is a celebration of the newlyweds and a chance for them to beco e better aquanted. This must take place when the eldest turns 17. It is a time of great joy. The royal couples will recieve a large initial fund and a castle, which they will call home. They will leave for their new lives, the day fter the ceremony and ball. Many thi k that thos is unreasonable in this day and age, but it has been the custom for many years. It is what has preserved royal family lines for ages, and this is the way it will continue. Youve always heard of these matching ceremonies. Now, it's you turn. Will you find love and companionship with your new partner? Or will all come crashing down?

Wendy stared at herself in the large mirror that hung in the roomy dressing room. She examined the light pink tulle that enveloped her. Her dress was one of a kind. It it was an extremely light pink. The sweetheart neckline fit her perfectly. Real diamonds edged the neckline. The top was very fitting. The ball gown made her look like a true princess. Wendy wanted to marry for love, not for money or position. This just wasn't her. But, she could not help it now. So, the small girl put on the dark pumps that added 6 inchea to her height and grabbed her black clutch. It was sequined and flashy. Her hair was pulled into an intricate braided bun. Her bright green eyes were not as bright as usual. They brimmed with tears as she gracefully made her way to the door. She silently opened the door and slipped out. She glanced at all the other dressing rooms where she guessed other girls were primping themselves up. She silently made her way down the hall and towards the roo where the matching ceremony was to be held.

Donnie tied the jet black bowtie in the perfect bow. He Inserted his cuff links and secured them, and afterwards buttoned up the tux. He checked himself in the mirror, examining his slim body. The boy smiled with satisfaction and turned towards the door. He grabbed his phone and stuffed it in his pocket. This was the day he had been waiting for. He couldn't care less who he was matched to. He was just here for the cash. He turned the doorknob and strutted out of his dressing room, knowing he looked good.

Jessica blew out a nervous breath, with shaking hands she finished the slight dusting of powder across her nose and applied a small amount of lip gloss to her lips. Stepping back she admired her reflection.
Her blonde waves falling over her shoulders and stopped at just below her shoulder blades. Her eyes glossing over at the elegant dark red ball gown, white embroidery with crystals weaving it's way in a beautiful pattern around the bodice and the dark red silk material falling nicely to the floor. 'This is it' she thought to herself as she smiled to her reflection. This is what she came her for, although nervous about meeting the new people she was also excited about meeting 'The one'. She swept to the door and made her way down the hallway towards the sound of elegant music.

Seb sat the empty glass on the oak table as he made his way to the coat hanger where his waistcoat hung, bow tie already fastened and his shiny black shoes already on. Lifting it off the coat hanger and slipping it over his broad shoulders he made his way to the door he popped a mint in his mouth.
He couldn't really understand the relevance of a big formal gathering to initiate and introduce everyone. He was the type of guy who'd much rather a relaxed environment to enjoy the hot eye candy and scope out the talent but after looking down the hall he noticed the backs of two girls ahead of him, one in a light pink gown and one in dark red. 'This might not be too bad after all' he said to himself with a grin and spring in his step

Anastasia smiled as she finished tidying up her hair, looking into the mirror at the braided 'crown' that went around and under her head, letting the rest of her long locks flow out of the crown in a wavy fashion. The bottom of her dress started as a pure white, fading upwards till it reached a deep black. Hand-sewn diamonds and golden embroideries, stood out against the yards of soft fabric. Everything was held up by off-shoulder sleeves, delicately emphasizing the heart shape neckline. She wore diamond studded, pointed toe pumps which were a snow color underneath the diamonds. Though the heels were high, they only increased her height by 3 inches, now standing at 5'9. She hoped she would be matched with someone she could love, though she highly doubted it. Anastasia walked out of her dressing room, holding her small, black and diamond clutch bag. She passed by a boy, who seemed rather pleased by his looks, quickly she returned her glance ahead of her, her dress flowing behind her as she strolled down the staircase.

Caesar quickly put on his white tuxedo, excited to see who he might be matched with. He grinned at himself in the mirror, happy that he had wore the clothes well. A golden watch was on his left wrist, the numbers made out of real rubies. "Ready or not..." he whispered to himself, slipping out of the dressing room and out onto the staircase. A smile gleamed on his face when he saw the girls ahead of him, wondering if possibly he would be matched to one of them.

Olivia adjusted her emerald green gown around the waist, watching herself do so in the full-length mirror that was placed in her dressing room. She was quite honestly very excited for the event to take place. She never did think she would have a whole lot of luck with dating, so just being paired with a random stranger would actually be very fitting with her. What with her upbeat, outgoing personality, she was sure she would at least befriend her new soon-to-be husband, if not even fall in love with him, which she certainly hoped to do.
Olivia slipped the last few bobby pins into her half-up-half-down hairdo, and curled her deep auburn hair around her finger a few times, biting her lip while she grinned at herself in the mirror. Her eyes were bright with excitement, and her free hand was clenched. She couldn't wait to get out there and meet her new love.

Damian folded his arms over his chest and leaned against the wall nearest the door of his dressing room. He wasn't too overly fond of what was to come. Arranged marriages? In the twenty first century? Why? Why would you do that anymore? Damian was all for going out and finding love yourself, not being handed it and forced into it. He let out a sigh and closed his eyes. He just hoped that his new 'wife' would be easy to handle.

Wendy pulled a piece of dark brown hair and gently placed it behind her eat. She twiddled her thumbs as she sat on the large staircase. It had still not been announced that the heirs could make their way to the ceremony, so she sat in wait.

Donnie glanced at the girl, flashing her a confident smirk. He stopped as she passed and leaned against the large ivory wall, waiting to be called down. He pulled out his phone and tried entertaining himself.

Luciana sighed as she looked herself in the mirror, her dark eyes tracing her beautiful dress patterns. Her mother had told her she must look beautiful, dress to impress. Which is exactly what the Spanish girl did when she chose her attire. A red ball gown with golden embroidery on her bust and her top layer of her dress skirt with golden embroidery. She had off shoulder ruffled sleeves and beautiful golden jewelry. Her attire was indeed beautiful, and it complimented her mocha skin and dark hair that was curled and styled to the side. All in all, Luciana was impressed with herself. But right now she had more important things to do, such as arrive to the ball on time. So with another sigh, Luciana swiftly left the dressing room and down the hall to where beautiful soft music was playing.

Joseph was ready. Ready physically anyways. He was dressed nicely and made sure he had everything. Now all he had to do was leave the room, which was hard. But the red head was nervous, excited, but still nervous. And it wasn't so much about getting married, but about not knowing who he was marrying. Sure, he liked women as much as the next the man, but this women he was getting married to and for money. He liked money too, so he got a women and money. But still...

With a snort, Joseph quickly shook his head. What was he worried about? He was getting married and getting money. Making stupid reasons and distracting himself. He could do better. Joseph smirked at the mirror one last time before he left the dressing room in a much better mood then he arrived.

Announcment: Royals, please make your ways to the matching ceremony. The time is currently 4:35 pm. The program will start at 4:45. Thank you and good luck!

Wendy sighed sadly as she listened to the announcement. She slowly stood up and dusted herself off. She gracefully floated down the staircase, pink tulle flowing behind. She tried calming her worried nerves as she came closer and closer to her "destiny".

Donnie shoved the phone into his tux pocket and straightened his bowtie as he rushed silently down the stairs. He entered the large, crowded room and took a seat in his assigned chair onthe front row of the auditorium.

Olivia let out a small shriek of excitement as she soon heard the announcement for the Royals to make their way to the ceremony. Lifting her gown a bit so she walk, Olivia left her dressing room and saw as many other girls and guys did the same. She decided not to make small talk, as most of them seemed rather...uninterested in what was going on. She simply stayed silent with a smile on her face as she entered the large room, and found her assigned seat, placing herself in it.

Damian was slightly relieved when everyone was called to the ceremony. He made his way - taking his sweet time - to the big room, and quickly took his seat. "Let's just get this thing over with..." he muttered to himself, sighing.

Anastasia slowly made her way down the staircase, flowing waves of fabric following behind her as she gracefully entered what seemed either a large room or a ballroom. She found her assigned seat, putting her hands behind her dress so she could sit down. Once seated she spread out her dress, allowing it to cover her feet and part of it go around the chair. She kept her posture like it was supposed to be, her head slightly up and back straight. Anastasia indeed looked like a royal, inheriting her mother's beautiful features and her father's strength.


Caesar rushed down the stairs, quickly taking his seat and sitting up straight. He put on a charming smile, hoping whoever he was matched to was at least pleasant. Unnoticeably he twiddled his thumbs nervously, finding himself to be awkwardly nervous.

Jessica looked around the large room which had a high roof that was painted in rich creams and gold. A beautiful big chandelier hung from the middle of the room. She took a deep breath and sighed quietly as she glanced around the room with a smile at all the suitors the same age she her. She was still getting used to the idea of her having royal blood which she only found out about only a year before hand when her grandmother passed. Her mother had died when she was age four and her father wanted her to grow up as any normal teenager but now it was time she took on her duties.

Seb looked around the room with a slight smile, sitting in his chair with a slight sense of casualness to his proper posture. He pushed back his brown hair with one sweep and thought about his friends back home, they guys would love it here!!! But his mother and father could not stress to him enough about the importance of this ceremony and how much their families future depended on it as he was an only child.

Luciana was quiet as she entered the room, large and brightly lit with dozons of lights and a beautiful chandelier on the center of the roof. The Spanish girl glanced at the others in the room, many royals the same age as her were entering in behind her and some already seated. Luciana was quick to find her seat, and once settled she let go of the breath she had. She wasn't extremely nervous, she has prepared all her life for this as her parents were married this way as well. But she was still slightly anxious.

Once Joseph had entered the room he made haste to find his seat and sit down. After the mental argument in the dressing room about whether he should go through this or not, or if he was really nervous. He really just wanted this to be over quick so he couldn't change his mind. Because even if he gets money and other things through this marriage. He would then be tied down, and he was adventurous at heart, and he doesn't really want to settle down so early in life. But what could he do? His parents made sure he came here and go through this.

Wendy made her way to her seat, the large ball gown swishing behind her. She found her seat and sat, making sure to smooth out the light pink material. She sat with her back perfectly straight and neck alligned. She sat there, every now and then glancing to the boys. She was so nervois. She hated the idea of arranged marriage. People ahould marry for love, not staus.

Donnie sat in his seat, texting away. He tried as hard as he vould to distract himself. This was not him. He didn't want tobe tied down so early. He still had a long life ahead of him, but now freedom had been taken away from him.

(Im'ma try to keep the ceremony short. Kay? This RP is more about the ball and their lives afterward. In most of the arranged marriage RP'S Ive been in took forever to get through the ceremony and just died. So bear with me, here.

(Just letting ya'll know I'll be going out of state this afternoon and I will be gone till Sunday. Though I might be able to reply tonight. Sorry! :c ♥ )
