Upgrading Tack

I am thinking it might not be a bug, but I am not sure, but when I go to upgrade tack, it pops up a red thing that says I need to be Level 6 (not specifying horse or me).

It doesn't feel like a bug, and it wouldn't be the first time I misread something and misunderstood a thing.

Edit: It does say I need to be Level 6, but I thought I had to be at Level 5, with breeding at Level 5.

I was under the impression Level 6 was breeding and 5 was tack workshop also! But there's nowhere on the game that I can find that explicitly states that since I'm far above levels :/ I'll ask around for some clarification and see what we can figure out!

ETA: It also should be yourself as the level 6 not a horse! Horse levels are referred to as Grades most often, and levels for training, but those only go to five!

I think I read somewhere that it is a typo - it should be tack upgrade at lvl 6 NOT lvl 5. Can't find it again for the life of me, but I remember because I was scratching my head too at lvl 5.

Well, now that that is cleared up, I feel much better and less like I missed something.
