Not suuuper impressive since when I bought him from the rescue centre he was already Local (I think... If I remember correctly). But still! He is the first of my herd c:

CONGRATULATIONS! Regional is awesome! Especially for a rescue. I know a lot of my horses are expected to be regional since they're extensively lined with high staters, but I know the feeling well right now since some of my store ponies from pre-recode on my spare just made it to regional! It always feels good to know you got them there.

Your Cassanova is very nice! If you keep on going I'm sure you'll have more regional horses in no time at all.
