[ADDED] Auction/Sale House

Some of you may be aware there is a discussion topic over in Game Discussion collecting suggestions for new features for the game, and I feel a few of these could merit some expanded debate on their own, so I'm copying a few of my favourites to the Suggestion board to get a bit of discussion going and see how other people feel about them, and maybe tweak or expand upon them. These are largely an amalgamation of ideas of multiple people so I'm not claiming credit for any idea in its entirety.

I would love to see a dedicated section in the town where we could browse all the horses currently for sale/auction. This would be more detailed than the existing horse search, and would help to give horses that are for sale/auction greater exposure. The list of horses could include something like a small thumbnail of their image, plus a brief summary of their main features, such as listing name, breed, age, gender, colour, markings, stats, genes, conformation, price, etc. Perhaps also have a small section where an owner could add a brief statement about the horse, which could be used to describe minimum requirements of potential buyers, what sort of bids will be considered, or just generally talk up the horse. It would also be searchable like the existing horse search, or maybe have filters, like the rescue centre.

The result could look something like this:


The main idea behind this is that having everything readily accessible in the one place would make it easy for people to just browse horses for sale/auction/rescue, much in the same way that a lot of us just randomly browse the rescue centre from time to time. This in turn would make it easier for everyone to sell their horses, and also boost the horse economy.
