How often does tack restock when the store is sold out of an item? Also, what are tack boxes and what do they do?

Tack boxes are bundles of tack so that you don't have to buy everything individually. I'm assuming it restocks every hour like the previous version.

just because I got stuck with this..

to use tack boxes, you have to go into your inventory and open the bundle. After that, you go to your horse's page and equip it individually.

Sorry but I'm gonna latch onto your thread Mouse!

How can you tell what tack is fully upgraded in your inventory? I have literally hundreds of tack pieces but only a few 5/5 I'd like to upgrade what I need out of 4/5 but discard or sell everything that is 1/5..

When equipping I have the LONGEST equipment list its horrible... :(
