What do the little green + numbers by my horses stats. Do they get added in to the start total.? Also what are stat boosts? The red rectangle s? Thanks for your help

The greeen + numbers are the stats added by tack you put on your horse. They are not added into the horse's total stats but are used as in Show calculations.
The Stat Boosts are awarded once you get 10 Stat Boost points, which are the little red rectangles. When you have ten of them you can trade in for stats! You get numbers of stats based on your horse's overall grade.
