In the event of the list taking a long time to complete:
Hosts are currently offered two choices, you may offer players to post their names more than once on the list to help speed things up, or enact a set time limit (preferably when you start the round) so that if the list isn't completed by then the design can still be made. One week would probably be a good length of time.
If you decide to create a design with an incomplete list, you can either default empty choices to "no" or pick them yourself.

NSNS; you arent allowed to fill in more than one unless the person hosting the round (making the end design) says so. In this case, Cast was the host, and never said anyone could fill in omore than one slot.

Oh ok I thought anyone in the hosting list could pick more than one oops I'm sorry Cast didn't know thanks Agapi for explaining it to me. Thanks ;)

Sorry if i came off rude, didnt mean too, :). But yeah, even if youre in the hosting list, you arent a host yet, so you can only fill in one unless stated otherwise by the host at the time, ;)

Has the host for the next round been notified?

If anyone is interested in continuing this thread please message me, I don't have the time nor the energy to keep up with EV right now. I'd prefer someone who's older and level headed to take over in the event of any disputes.
Alternatively if any mods want to take over the post I'm fine with that, you could just edit the main post yourself instead of having to create a whole new topic.

^ Perhaps the best way forward would be to just allow people to do their own frankenhorse type thing if they want, rather than having people take it in turns and have an organiser such as you enforcing rules, organising hosts, etc. So essentially each host would make their own thread, have their own rules, timeframes, etc, and would be responsible for enforcing them. There would be no picking of hosts, if someone wants to host something they just start their own thread whenever they like, no need to ask permission or anything. This may mean multiple frankenhorse threads end up running at the same time, but I don't see this as a downside. :D
