Where's the grey gene? Man and here I thought there would be a grey coming in.

Oh well, it is still very beautiful and done well. XD

The grey is in the dunalino bit, it's just barely starting as if the horse were young. If you look closely you can see it starting on the shoulder, rear, muzzle, as well as by the ears ;)

I can't see it, too many colours going everywhere. XD But hey, I believe you.
Maybe we should add an age to the list thing so then if grey's or other colours that involve age, maybe even the horses appearance can decide instead of just hiding the grey with most of the arts (Every time I see a grey gene in the list, the artists hide it and make the horse young so it is not seen), not that I am trying to be rude to you guys, the art is always beautiful. But I do like grey horses as much as any other, or even the turning into the grey.

This could also add more challenge to the art when matching the art to the horses age. We might even get some foals or young horses in there too.

Not that we have to do that, just a thought. XD

Hmm Western it could be your monitor as well, who knows. xP This is only the 3rd design with grey so far (I think, navigating on mobile is difficult lol) and all of them have started out with lighter creams and whatnot. Since grey lightens with age, I think the artists are keeping it younger so they don't have a plain white horse. Cause wheres the fun in that? lol

I think the reason why most people are saying no to the grey option is in part due to the equestrian center on EV giving out greys so frequently. Not only has it become undesirable in gameplay but I think it's translated to being undesirable in art on here as well because people are sick of it. I don't know, it's kind of weird.

Anyway, I like your age idea. I think it's cool, adds another factor into what the lines would look like. I may use it for my own list in the future, though it's up to each individual host to decide what options to put in so there's no guarantee people will add it. I really like this suggestion though.

The grey does get boring sometimes I guess. And maybe it is my moniter where I can't see it, but that's okay. And the age idea is okay, I think foals would be cute, or even having an aged horse. Adds character. But I guess that's me, I love uniqueness and creating something different. And it is up to the artists too. :)

I would love to be a host, but I have only done linearts for the past two years and I don't have the best programs to add colour to make it nice. Maybe one day, but that might be a long way away. I still love the horses that are made, so beautiful and coloured nicely. :D

The reason I havn't made the grey show up on the frankenhorse I had that was grey was because it would have been very hidden anyways beneath the double cream =/ And it was hard enough how to figure out how to add in all of the other colors and white patterns on a double cream WITH grey and for it to not look so plain and boring and making sure everything had gotten adequately represented. These designs are huge brain teasers. Especialy when you have to take all that into consideration.
