Most definitely Spirit, Racing Stripes, and the newer Black Beauty.

I highly recommend it. It's an amazing movie.

I haven't really seen that many equine movies, but black beauty has got to be my fave.
then sea biscuit and spirit.. ive seen Flicka (or whatever the heck it was called. It was toooo cliche of a movie for me) and i saw the secratariat movie. Dont remember a whole lot from it other than there was hardly any actual racing so it made ut kind of lame.

Ooh and ive seen racing stripes. Even though it was so predictable, it was adorable

All the ones mentioned so far have been great, but as for cheesy awesome horse movie, my favorite hands down is INTERNATIONAL Velvet. It was a sequel to the original made in the 70's and it's perfect!

I used to loooove Virginia's Run back when I was younger. Along with Black Beauty and Spirit :)
I still haven't seen War Horse, I keep meaning to watch it!

Well, there are really many! I've seen LOTS of equine movies, most of them are just awesome. I really like "The Black Stallion", "Black Beauty", "Secretariat", "Seabiscuit", "Dreamer", "The man from Snowy River", "Moondance Alexander" and "National Velvet". International Velvet is good too but I liked the 1st part more. I've also seen "Ostwind (Windstorm)", I think it's also a good movie. I have also seen "Ostwind 2" but in Russian. I'm sure there are a lot more good horsey movies I didn't list here. I'd also love to see The Silver Brumby movie but in my country they don't sell movies like that, most of the horse movies don't even reach here. :/
