2047x1067

I made an unfinished Skullcrawler base! I just need to finish the other hand, tail, and little details that make it a Skullcrawler then it'll be ready to be used as a base!!

I looked up Skullcrawler base and all other variants of the title, but none have shown up except for just images of Skullcrawlers, fanon Skullcrawlers, and all other works that aren't or isn't a base.

Very sad as some might not be able to make a base and have to wait and ETERNITY before there is such a base that exists on DeviantArt or in general. And I don't look up bases very much on Google anyways.

Plus, I've only just re-discovered Skullcrawlers after I forgot they existed until a forgotten thought about Skullcrawlers entered my mind two days ago. And now, they're just what I'm making currently as a base and making I'll probably make a different custom Skullcrawler pose as well.

Oooh wow! Very creepy! I am not sure what a skull crawler is but I think you really captured the wow factor of it!

Heheh, thank you!! And skull crawlers inhabit Skull Island, it was in King Kong, Son of Kong, Kong, Kong: Skull Island, Skull Island, Kong Vs. Godzilla, and that's it really. It wasn't actually called "Skull Island" in the 80s, but now it does, also..

Skull crawlers are based on a two-legged lizard that's infamous for being the inspiration of the skull crawler, and.. the creatures from Kong are actually just hornets; they don't stop, their metabolisms digest so fast that their constantly hungry. This trait continues even into their offspring.

They do have territories like wolves, but the females are like female T.Rexes and go into a male skull crawler's territory to be a pair for awhile or until she leaves him out of interest. It's a very long, but can be a quick bonding moment for skull crawlers.

(I'm trying so hard to keep it PG-13 in this reply T0T)

Haha I know! I didn't know Kong monsters were very popular when I was little either, I do remember going to Walmart with my mother as a  child and I saw a lot of monsters from wolves to giant crocodiles, Kong himself and even the skull crawlers.

I just didn't know what they were until I watched the monster verse (Godzilla and other correlating movies), I thought they were terrifying at first. But now.. they're plenty cool!

Anyways, but yeah, I was in the same boat

^^
