Non-Specialty Stats are the stats not used by your horse's current discipline, using the table here you can see what 2 stats are used for each discipline. any stats not check-marked for the horse's current discipline are the NSS. this paint for example, is bred for Dressage so his NSS would be Strength/Speed/Endurance while his specialty stats are Agility/Intelligence. having too much NSS can hinder a horse's performance in showing, as a general rule of thumb people avoid higher than 60 total NSS. but with good showing methods you can still have good results with higher NSS c: 1 members like this post.
