Kelpie-Hippocampus-Thing (Lizzy)

This is Irasil, I have no idea what his name means in Greek Mythology or Roman Mythology or any Mythology for that matter, but his realm is being the God of Honor. Which is justice and Chivalry in today's terms.

But I was making his character for something not related to ION or IOS at all.
I ended up creating Irasil because I couldn't help myself with trying to make a Kelpie.


I think I'm gonna make Irasil an unmentioned/unknown canon character to the ION/IOS universe and wiki.
Just because Oceanus, I don't really remember, but I don't think I've ever mentioned her having a Kelpie husband or someone similar to the Sea Pony species.

Especially one being a God of Honor that looks terrifying but that's supposed to be intentional in the end.
He's similar to Long Horse; he's supposed to be scary, but he's quite friendly and just uses his appearance to scare those away from danger.





So, Irasil is a Kelpie and a Hippocampus creature, much like a hybrid because I think both are carnivores for very different things and that makes it interesting to have with Irasil.

His front half is being a skeleton copy of a Kelpie that's very bony, that's intentional, and his back half is more of the Kelpie style with the tail. Though still keeping the Siren/Mermaid tail Fluke unique in this case.

I was gonna make his ears different from his body, I don't know why I didn't change it as I see it now, but that's fine and okay as I don't mind it really.











I used random Kelpie and Hippocampus images to make the design as unique as possible, the hair is supposed to be choppy as I envisioned that with the design, though I also referenced off of a horse skeleton image I saw.

Irasil looks good with and without hair on.




Alright, that's all I wanted to share for now.
I have other artworks but they aren't horse-related unlike Irasil is.
